Symptoms of delirium is one indicator that society may be going off its rocker. You know, to be derailed, like from the railroad track:

Yes sir, we are lurching or plowing into a medical lexicon of pathological indicators to describe some of the political and psychological realities of this current year of 2025 for our 21ˢᵗ century.
You may well know some people who are not walking the straight and narrow, metaphorically, but rather stumbling about most haphazardly like a drunkie-dope fiend?
And is this not rather descriptive of today’s news headlines and more important topics?
No, we are not really referring to degradation of societal and economic realities such as1000s of drug addicts cluttering the sidewalks and back alleys of America’s largest cities (along with millions of other homeless who cannot afford housing but many who are contributing to trash-up a once-normative cultural habit of cleaning up after oneself).
Nor is this primarily about the cultural warfare and its deliberate dehumanization of society as in we reside in a country where more and more people are seemingly caring less and less about setting healthy standards, civil norms of respect and appearances of decorum.
Nor is this fever of pandemonium residing mostly in the arcade shows of comedy and all the fodder Donald Trump has provided to his critics like Jimmy Kimmel, SNL and Stephen Colbert (which at least provides us with comic relief) parroting the crazy clown world we now inhabit.

Bedlam’s madness is manifesting directly through our recognition the system does not work like it is supposed to—not at all. Even our own government itself seems anti-American. This is but one example of how Donald Trump’s White House has turned into a fraud when it comes to representing the American people and the rule of law and norms of diplomacy. Clearly John Mearsheimer speaks with a true insider’s coherence and deep knowledge but you cannot deny that he is, in essence, describing a crazy clown show of incongruities.

So yes, this is an invitation for any, and all, to sob wildly, pathetically, and voluminously when considering that these times human drama, such as having shady real-estate tycoons, with their loyalty mainly to Israel, namely, Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, running Trump’s biggest foreign policy blunders.
More importantly still is the sober fact the so-called Trump Plan (read Kushner Plan) that incomprehensively passed at the United Nations is illegal! So more incongruity and insanity the world over:

But we should ask if the underlying ailment is more about the one person named President Donald Trump or is it more likely his relationship to Israel’s dominance over his administration and the United States government in general—especially American foreign policy?
Regardless, the sky is falling and especially inside the nation’s beltway. Currently Washington D.C. is in the midst of a political fire storm regarding how this president has reacted to a handful of Democratic law makers making a video reminding other members of the government they are not required to obey an illegal order.

Perhaps we could assume that any time we are getting messages from a ‘cherub’ looking angel like Karoline Leavitt we are receiving a sheen of golden-light from on-high (as the Greek word ‘angel’ means messenger), and be relievedly assured everything pronounced by her, even seemingly damning declarative and putative proclamations, with, or without, judgmental substance, is as good as the gold gilding in Donald’s ostentatious White House.
But are her nubile cheeks really as soft and creamy as they appear in this video? Who knows? Anyway, “Long live Queen Marie Antoinette!”
Regardless, many disagree with her assessment of Donald’s supposedly upstanding values, always on display, and his deep intents.

And yet ‘many’ peoples around the world are concerned as to whether this President actually gives a damn about legalities on a whole slew of issues (and especially on truly important matters such as genocide in Gaza). Anyone who believes “all of the White House military orders have been lawful and legal” simply because its spokesperson so declares it so is beyond help, and so it doesn’t seem at all unusual people are up in arms.
Saturday, November 22ⁿᵈ, on the Washington D.C. mall there was a massive rally to “Impeach, Convict and Remove” the president. And no, it is not just Democrats, such as the dubious Congressman Al Green, who are upset—the MAGA movement itself is splintered badly. Many Americans now want impeachment.

Mr. Sachs has rightly criticized President Trump for a long time but his past depictions of him were more conservative as compared to now comparing him to “a four-year-old mentality having a tantrum.”Pretty stark words from a grown adult speaking to a worldly congregation of leaders?
So hysterical words like delirium are really in line with a new normal. Shortly into this same video Jeffery Sachs addressed the fact that a major refinery just exploded in Venezuela and how that seems like the CIA to him?

Around the same time Donald Trump is working on a 40-billion-dollar package for Argentina (which many Americans are disturbed by the idea). Realize too Argentine President Javier Milei is another favorite supporter of Israel and Benjamin Netanyahu (just coincidence)? Equally El Salvador’s Nayib Bukele, the world’s coolest dictator is equally a big supporter of Israel.

And so, on and on, so much of what is causing chaos and conflict around the world is somehow related to Israel.
Need one say Jeffery Epstein?

All of these various theatres of circus distract people from Israel’s starvation of masses of people, and the killing off of an entire people based on masses of monolithic lies.
And unfortunately, the one issue that is not a joke at all is the relationship between the United States and Israel. This is the stark reality and it should be understood as such.
Dire, disturbing and Americans need to wake up.
