A recent lawsuit has (finally) challenged the legality of Jared Kushner’s role within the

The lawsuit argues his lack of Senate confirmation means he is engaged in the
“unlawful exercise of government power.”
Congress has failed to act to constrain this blatant case of nepotism with Trump openly
violating the emoluments clause of the Constitution like he does with so many other
provisions like ignoring War Powers constraints requiring Congressional authorization and his inability to respect the First Amendment protections.
The article highlights the dubious legitimacy of Jared’s role in attempting to broker peace
negotiations while simultaneously enhancing his own business interests in what are
obvious conflicts of interest.
His ties to Bibi, Schneerson and Chabad invite even deeper analysis, especially after
former DNI Gabbard apparently covered up a whistleblower complaint against him:

In a recent Judge Nap podcast, Max Blumenthal revealed that the Flynn flap at the start of
the first Trump Administration was really about Jared acting on behalf of Bibi to block a UN vote pertaining to Israel that involved the Russian Ambassador.
The current turmoil in Albania related to Ivanka and Jared’s dream of building a resort there is another example of self-serving behavior disguised as diplomacy and/or economic development.
Perhaps most important is the fake Board of Peace proposal serving as cover for Trump Gaza and related deals orchestrated by Jared, the Saudis and others. https://stateofthenation.info/?p=48620
It’s beyond ugly with the US on the verge of civil war! We can and must do better to restore a sense of legitimacy to our corrupt government occupying the DC Swamp. (see below)

Nearly All Americans Agree With Rich Scheck: Our Government is Deeply Corrupt!!

When almost 90% of a country’s citizens agree that their government is corrupt, it means as a practical matter that it has lost its legitimacy, something I’ve been literally saying as a grass-roots activist since I left New York City on January 4, 1975 with the specific intention of creating a new political party: https://stateofthenation2012.com/?p=32281
I can assure everyone that it’s no fun being correct about such a grim evaluation.
