Dear Reader:
Please see the attached NOTICE filed by one of the parents in this criminal frame-up for non-existent child neglect/abuse felony charges.
We’ve covered this tragic story in depth months ago and these parents need all the media exposure they can get to disqualify what is a truly biased judge that should have recused herself from this case a long time ago.
The following attached NOTICE to the court essentially requests the chief judge to look at, and compare two judges. One that threw a book at the wall during voir dire who was officially reprimanded, and the other of the father being lied to repeatedly by judge Jessica Peterson.
It’s safe to say that most reasonable men and women would agree that judge Peterson’s behavior during the 7/15/2024 hearing is far worse than judge Scotti’s.
The decision to disqualify judge Peterson is now in the hands of the chief judge of the Eighth Judicial District Court, Jerry Wiese. As you can discern from the NOTICE, even he himself has acted without honor in the past. All the more reason for our helping these parents get as much media attention on this landmark case for parental rights.
