Governor DeSantis fights in court to keep the covid MRNA clot shot on the market in Florida.

Governor DeSantis has done some great things in Florida to protect our freedoms but he has not been protecting our medical freedoms for quite some time.
Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo has called the covid MRNA shot a bioweapon, which is what it is however governor DeSantis will not listen to his own surgeon general on this matter.
Dr Joseph Sansone has been litigating this issue in court for several years now and governor DeSantis has been stonewalling this lawsuit to take the covid clot shot off the market every step of the way.
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and Attorney General James Uthmeier filed their Answer Brief to fight to keep MRNA on the market in the Sansone V. DeSantis, Uthmeier, MRNA Bioweapons Case.
The case is currently in Florida’s First District Court of Appeal.
The attorney for the Florida Governor and Attorney General focused on procedural arguments as expected. Unable to file an Answer Brief in the required 30 days, the Governor and Attorney General requested an additional 60 day extension. The Court granted the extension allowing a total of 90 days to file an Answer Brief by pushing the deadline back to March 30, 2026.

In 2022 governor DeSantis said he would go after Big Pharma after the Plandemic but he has not done that at all, otherwise he would NOT be obstructing a lawsuit by Dr Joseph Sansone that would ban the covid MRNA clot shot for years in Florida.
Governor DeSantis talks a big game but doesn’t do anything.
Tennessee, Arizona, and Minnesota have introduced legislation classifying COVID-19 mRNA injections as BIOLOGICAL WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION.
Why does Governor DeSantis continue to obstruct a lawsuit that would ban the COVID-19 clot shot when three different states listed above have created legislation to ban these bioweapons.
