*Human Contactee Irina Podzorova appears to have received highly detailed information and data regarding 3I/Atlas as seen in the preceding video presentation
Subject: Testimony of Extraterrestrial Contact and the Nature of the 3I/Atlas Interstellar Object
Dear Professor Loeb,
First and foremost, please allow me to express my profound respect for your work and your principled stance on the search for extraterrestrial intelligence. Your scientific courage in defending the hypothesis of ‘Oumuamua’s artificial origin inspired me to share unique data with you.
My name is Matvey Kachalin. I am a volunteer for the “Cassiopeia” Project, which is centered around the contactee Irina Podzorova. Her practice involves receiving information through implants she received in childhood.
I am fully aware that from the standpoint of traditional science, such a method is not evidentiary. However, I also understand that the nature of reality may be more complex than our current measurement tools, and anomalous phenomena sometimes require consideration of all possible sources of information, no matter how unorthodox they may seem.
I have been closely following the discussion around the interstellar object 3I/Atlas (C/2019 U6), which was classified as a comet. The data I have received from a source identifying itself as a crew member of this object fundamentally contradicts this classification.
According to this contact, 3I/Atlas is not a comet but an artificially created starship, built on the principle of an “asteroid-ship”: the natural body of an asteroid was hollowed out from the inside and reinforced with a metal hull, containing propulsion systems, life support systems, and living quarters. The provided technical details (dimensions of ~23×0.6 km, crew composition, principles of motion) are strikingly specific and, in my opinion, deserve attention at the very least as a conceptual model that could be checked for inconsistencies with observational data.
I perfectly understand that for a scientist, such a message without verifiable evidence is merely text. I am not asking you to take my word for it. I am asking you to consider this information as a hypothetical model that might contain intuitive keys to the nature of such anomalous objects. If the hypothesis of ‘Oumuamua’s artificiality has a place in scientific discourse, then this more complex model might also be of interest for reflection.
Below, I provide a summary of Irina Podzorova’s communication with the crew of 3I/Atlas (https://www.youtube.com/live/we-IJ8khYMQ?si=A_7OFu2BP9V3buR-), which contains technical and descriptive details. Perhaps some of the stated parameters (e.g., trajectory, speed, surface composition) could be cross-referenced with observational data for anomalies.
With deep respect and hope for the openness of the scientific quest,
Sincerely,
Matvey Kachalin

Communication with the Scientist-Astronavigator Fuikh (Civilization of Uudibulga) about the 3I/Atlas Object
1. Object 3I/Atlas: Starship
I, Irina Podzorova, a contactee with extraterrestrial civilizations, present the object 3I/Atlas, detected in the Solar System. This object, mistakenly taken for a comet or asteroid, is in fact a starship. It consists of a natural asteroid, inside which an artificial cavity with metal cladding, engines, and cabins has been created. The ship’s dimensions are impressive: about 23 kilometers long and 600 meters wide. It is a unique structure created for interstellar travel.
2. Ship’s Crew: Fuikh and the Insectoid Civilization
The crew of the 3I/Atlas consists of representatives of various civilizations. One of the key crew members is Fuikh, a representative of an insectoid civilization from the planet Uudibulga, located in the constellation Crater. These beings, about 1.1-1.2 meters tall, have white wings and resemble termites. Fuikh is an astronavigator and scientist responsible for the expedition. He emphasizes that not only insectoids are present on the ship, but other races as well.
3. Interstellar Union and the Galactic Federation of Light
Fuikh’s civilization, Uudibulga, is part of the Interstellar Union but is not a member of the Galactic Federation of Light. However, the civilization Sumakh is present on the ship, which is in contact with the Galactic Federation of Light and is part of the Pleiadian Worlds Commonwealth. The ship itself was built at an interstellar base located on the border of the constellations Sagittarius and Scorpius. This highlights the complex network of diplomatic ties between different civilizations.
4. Ship Construction: Bio-robots and Resource Economy
The 3I/Atlas ship was built by bio-robots belonging to the colonies of Uudibulga. The goal of creating such a ship was to travel the galaxy with maximum material efficiency. Using an asteroid as an outer shell avoided the need to create complex external structures. This approach demonstrates the pragmatism and innovativeness of extraterrestrial civilizations in using the natural resources of space.
5. Unique Propulsion System
The propulsion system of the 3I/Atlas differs from traditional gravity drives. It partially uses magnetic-field engines and partially vacuum punctures to extract free energy. This allows for the conversion of the etheric energy of torsion fields into kinetic motion. This technology provides efficient and economical movement in space, despite its relatively slow speed compared to gravity drives.
6. Mission Goal: Research and Tourism
The mission of the 3I/Atlas in the Solar System is of a research and tourist nature. The crew plans landings on the moons of Jupiter, Mars, and Venus to study microclimates and artifacts. On board are both scientists and tourists who have purchased tickets to explore the Solar System. This indicates the multifaceted goals of the expedition and the interest in our system.
7. Crew Composition: Diversity of Races and Robots
On board the 3I/Atlas are 322 sentient beings and 495 bio-robots, representing five different races. Besides Uudibulga and its colonies in the Orion constellation, representatives of the Sumakh civilization and another Pleiadian civilization, Flakyash, are present. Flakyash is an ancient race with bluish skin and anthropomorphic features, similar in height to Earthlings. This highlights the diversity of life forms and cooperation among them.
8. Antiquity of Races: Uudibulga and Flakyash
The Flakyash civilization is very ancient, over 200 million years old. However, Fuikh, a representative of Uudibulga, claims his race is even older—350 million years. Uudibulga migrated to their current planet in the Crater constellation from the Hydra constellation due to the fading of their former star. This demonstrates the long history and adaptability of these civilizations.
9. Lifespan and Planetary Cycles
The lifespan of individuals in the Uudibulga civilization ranges from 250 to 300 of their planetary cycles, equivalent to roughly 2500-3000 Earth years. Their planet, Uudibulga, orbits its star in just over 16 Earth years. This provides an insight into the time scales and life in other civilizations.
10. Anunnaki: Those Who Came from the Heavens
The term “Anunnaki” in Sumerian means “those who came from the heavens” and was used to denote all aliens. Thus, the civilizations aboard the 3I/Atlas can be called Anunnaki in a broad sense. This suggests that ancient Earth texts could have described various extraterrestrial contacts.
11. Previous Visits: ‘Oumuamua and Others
The 3I/Atlas object is not the first extraterrestrial ship to visit the Solar System. Previous objects, such as ‘Oumuamua, were also representatives of extraterrestrial civilizations. However, those missions were small research groups, whereas 3I/Atlas represents a large tourist and research expedition. This indicates a growing interest in our system.
12. Speed of Travel and Technologies
In the Solar System, the 3I/Atlas moves at a speed of about 60 km/s using magnetic-field engines. The maximum speed on these engines can reach 125 km/s. However, using the second engine based on pinpoint vacuum punctures, the ship can reach speeds of up to 30 light-years. To protect against overloads and destruction at such speeds, a torsion-magnetic-field cocoon is created around the ship.
13. Gifts for Earthlings: The Light of Love
When asked about gifts for Earthlings, Fuikh replies that the most valuable gift is the light of their love. This emphasizes the peaceful intentions and benevolent attitude of extraterrestrial civilizations. Their mission poses no threat and is aimed at research and understanding.
14. Further Route: The Hydra Constellation
After studying the Solar System, the 3I/Atlas will head to the Hydra constellation. There, a planet not inhabited by sentient beings is of interest for study due to its unique climatic conditions and microclimate. This demonstrates the constant research interest of extraterrestrial civilizations in various corners of the galaxy.
15. Research on Mars and Venus
On Mars, the crew plans to study remnants and artifacts left after ancient wars in the Solar System. Flying saucers will also be sent to Venus for research. The asteroid-ship itself will not approach the planets or land on them, as it is not designed for atmospheric landing. Small flying discs are used for this purpose.
16. Openness and Hints for Earthlings
The extraterrestrial civilizations decided not to camouflage the 3I/Atlas ship so that Earth scientists would be unable to explain its nature without acknowledging the existence of intelligent life beyond Earth. This is a kind of hint, similar to crop circles left by other civilizations. The goal is to stimulate Earthlings to realize the existence of extraterrestrial life.
17. Interest in Earth and Galactic News Reports
The Solar System, and especially Earth, is of great interest to many civilizations. The growing number of contactees with the Interstellar Union on Earth leads to our planet often being featured in galactic news reports. Fuikh, as a scientist-astronavigator, became interested in Earth precisely because of these reports.
18. Disconnection and Destructive Egregores
Fuikh explains that destructive forces of the Universe created a disconnection between human civilization and the Interstellar Union. This was achieved by creating negative images of cosmic aliens and egregores of war, violence, and cruelty. These egregores hinder reunification with the unions, but planetary spheres cleansed of such energies can restore the connection.
19. Internal Structure of the Ship and Resources
Despite the relatively small number of sentient beings (322), the 24-kilometer-long ship is necessary to house life support systems, instruments, and supplies. Each cabin receives a specific gas mixture suitable for representatives of different civilizations. Silicon, carbon, and water, extracted from the asteroid itself by special systems, are used to power the engines.
20. Study of Earth’s Organisms
The 3I/Atlas crew plans to take samples of plants, insects, and animals from Earth for study. This will be done with the permission of Earth’s plasmoid civilizations, with whom astral negotiations are already underway. Research will be conducted both on the surface and in the depths of the ocean, where interesting life also exists.
21. Interaction with Earth Bases
Alien bases on Earth, such as the base of the Tikht civilization at the bottom of the Pacific Ocean, are aware of the 3I/Atlas ship’s flyby. The ship will not stop to deploy manned modules; instead, small flying discs will exit it, perform their missions, and return on board. This allows the ship to maintain its trajectory.
22. Flight Trajectory and Hiding Behind the Sun
The 3I/Atlas will fly at a distance of more than 250 million kilometers from Earth, closest to Mars and Jupiter. Its trajectory is designed so that it will be behind the Sun relative to Earth, making observation difficult. This is due to gravitational interaction with the major planets of the Solar System.
23. Contact with Earthlings: Astral Travel
Physical contact with Earthlings is not planned without the permission of the Council for Earth Contact. However, astral travel is an available method of interaction. Irina Podzorova has already conducted such journeys to the 3I/Atlas ship, and this practice is available to everyone through her Academy.
24. War on Earth and Destructive Egregores
When asked about the possibility of stopping the war in Ukraine, Fuikh replies that it is the choice of Earthlings themselves. Extraterrestrial civilizations cannot interfere with the choice of sentient beings who fight due to political, religious, and territorial disagreements. This emphasizes the principle of non-interference and respect for free will.
25. Future Interaction and Harmonization of the Sun
The 3I/Atlas plans to send a signal to Earthlings upon leaving the Solar System by accelerating using the engine that extracts free energy from the vacuum. This will be visible from Earth and will serve as proof of intelligent life. Furthermore, the ship has a device for interacting with the Sun, which will help harmonize its plasmoid layers and reduce flares, facilitating Earth’s quantum transition.
From the above, it can be concluded that the mission of the 3I/Atlas is a multifaceted research and tourist project of extraterrestrial civilizations aimed at studying the Solar System and Earth. Their openness and willingness to contact, albeit in an astral form, emphasize peaceful intentions and a desire for mutual understanding, also pointing to the necessity for Earthlings to overcome internal disagreements to fully join the Interstellar Union.
