As of 12:54 PM Eastern US Time today (GMT -0400), I have just been told the United States has commenced attacking Iran again.
I am told the attacks are taking place in and near the Strait of Hormuz.

UPDATE 12:58 PM EDT — U.S. is ATTACKING SOUTHERN IRAN. Specifically Bandar Abbas, Chabahar, Konarak, Jask and Qeshm. Sirik and Minab in southern Iran are also getting hit.
UPDATE 1:03 PM EDT — I was just informed that Iran is going to “Respond very hard” to the ongoing U.S. Attacks.
I was told the attacks were FIRED from BAHRAIN via Ground to Ground Missiles.
The Sources I am hearing from tell me “They are using Tomahawk Missiles and there is a report of an HIT at Konarak. So far 8 EXPLOSIONS across the Southern Coast of Iran.”
Another source just told me “Iran gave warnings and I expect them to carry out HEAVY strikes on the bases these attacks are coming from.”

“Today at 12 p.m. ET, U.S. forces began striking Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) targets in Iran. The strikes follow recent attempted attacks by the IRGC against commercial shipping in the Strait of Hormuz and against American service members deployed to the region.”
UPDATE 1:10 PM EDT — A broad wave of strikes against targets in Iran IS CONFIRMED and in-progress.
Reports are coming in of intense airstrikes around Bandar Abbas in southern Iran. The full scale of the operation and the targets hit are still emerging, but this appears to mark a major escalation in U.S. military activity.

UPDATE 2:32 PM EDT — U.S. forces have JUST ATTACKED Jiroft Airport in Kerman, Iran.
President Trump: “Iran doesn’t stop. They’re crazy and they’re stupid. They tried to rebuild their radar because they can’t see anything. We waited until it was almost built and then we hit it. I think an agreement with them isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. We gave them a lot of chances.”
UPDATE 3:01 PM EDT — Iran’s IRGC Joint Staff is threatening a major retaliation following the latest American strikes in Sistan and Baluchistan and Hormozgan.
In a statement, the IRGC vowed to inflict “devastating and crippling blows” on U.S. forces and warned that continued American attacks would bring “even greater and heavier consequences.”
Tehran says it will not compromise and is prepared to impose “heavy costs” on the United States.
The question now is whether Iran follows through, and how Washington responds.
UPDATE 3:08 PM EDT — Iran says it is retaliating against US strikes that were conducted around the Strait of Hormuz.
Iran says American bases and interests across the region will be targeted with missiles and drones, specifically naming Bahrain and Kuwait.
About one hour ago, President Trump threatened that Iran would be “hit again much harder” if they retaliated.
US oil prices are now up another +6% today.
UPDATE 3:41 PM EDT — Reports that MORE Missiles are Being Launched from Iran.
I’m not sure where these are headed. One source says UAE, the other says more to Jordan.
Also the Kurdistan region of Iraq is being hit.
UPDATE 6:38 PM EDT — All Three American bases in Jordan were directly hit by Iranian missiles.
American helicopters are OVER Jordan. Some reports say this is to evacuate casualties, not confirmed.
This is the BIGGEST response we have seen from Iran on Jordan in the back and forth fighting.

A very important and unexpected development for the United States in the “Titin” camp. Iran struck this facility.
Why did the IRGC strike this facility?
From a geographical perspective, it is located in the northern part of the Red Sea, near the port of Aqaba, the Israeli port of Eilat, and at a relatively short distance from the border with Saudi Arabia.
After facing the threat of the closure of the Strait of Hormuz and the complete disruption of their military supplies in the Persian Gulf, the Americans attempted to deploy some of their forces in the “Titin” camp, hoping that either Iran did not have complete information about it, or that even if it knew of its location, it would not be able to strike it.
Iran just struck it.

No official damage or casualties have been reported from CENTCOM yet, so claim is unverified.
Jordan is where Iran killed three American soldiers on July 17 after a missile broke through on day five of a barrage.
UPDATE 8:00 PM EDT — CENTCOM says US forces have completed a wave of strikes against Iranian targets tonight, hitting air defense sites, radar systems, maritime assets and facilities, mine laying capabilities, and communications sites.
