I’m not sure, but this video (53 seconds) might be evidence of DEWs. Observe how new ignition points seem to be seeded ahead of the line of advance of the fire. The previous clip was extracted from a 8 minute video of the forest fire near Navas del Rey (Madrid, Spain).
What is certain is that governments, following Agenda 2030 directives, create the conditions for unmanageable wildfires. They forbid countryside people from cleaning the forests from combustible mass, as they traditionally did in the past. Fines are heavy. When small towns councils ask permission for those kind of tasks, they are rarely granted. Then, when huge wildfires occur, politicians systematically gaslight the people, saying that they are the consequence of (anthropogenic) Climate Change™, tacitly implying that common people, simply for existing, are to blame for the fires. In other words, we are the “carbon” they want to eliminate.
Moreover, firefighting units and the Spanish military emergency unit (UME) are “deployed” (for show), but often remain idle waiting for orders while the people desperately try to fight the fires to save their small towns. When the orders finally come, they are for withdrawal from the wildfire area or redeployment to other areas. And the main mission of cops in all this is to evacuate the small towns, even when the fires and the smoke are far away, so that there are no witnesses of first responder inaction or people left to keep the fire away from their properties.
