The startling admission by Hal Puthoff that ATTIP funding never happened confirms the suspicions of myself and others who have questioned the official narrative presented in the famous New York Times article of 12/16/17.

What this implies is that the elaborate roll out of the UFO story over the last decade is likely a highly sophisticated psychological operation to provide cover via the “threat narrative’ for funding the Space Force and Golden Dome programs while simultaneously performing the public relations task of covering up the extensive criminality of the legacy program as described so eloquently by Steve Greer and others.
