The Intel Drop
In a formal letter sent directly from Dr. Steven M. Greer to Intel Drop for release, the Director of The Disclosure Project has issued a clear 60-day ultimatum to President Donald J. Trump, Vice President J.D. Vance, National Security Advisor and Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and more than two dozen other top U.S. officials.
The PDF document, titled a “media copy,” was sent directly to Intel Drop by Dr. Greer for immediate publication. It warns that unless the U.S. government formally contradicts his assessment in writing by August 29, 2026, The Disclosure Project will proceed with the public release of what he describes as “dispositive evidence and proof” regarding UAPs, UFOs, extraterrestrial intelligence, and related covert programs.
Key claims detailed in the letter include:
- Decades-long subversion of the legal Constitutional government by agencies and corporations, involving large-scale embezzlement, treason, murder, kidnappings, abductions, and human and child trafficking.
- Over 800 whistleblowers debriefed over 35 years, with evidence already provided to a confidential task force and key members of Congress and the White House.
- These programs have operated illegally since the mid-to-late 1950s and have therefore forfeited all national security protections.
- Man-made UAPs reverse-engineered from extraterrestrial vehicles have been used in criminal enterprises including drug running, human trafficking, and arms trafficking.
- Contacts under non-official cover (NOC) possess evidence of extraterrestrial biologics, bodies, downed craft, illegal electromagnetic pulse weapons, and man-made UFOs deployed in criminal operations.
- All such projects constitute an ongoing criminal conspiracy with no statute of limitations.
Dr. Greer states that any response contradicting this legal assessment must come in explicit writing from an authorized U.S. government official no later than August 29, 2026. Absent such a response, he writes, The Disclosure Project will solicit additional hard evidence and release it publicly without redactions (except technical details that could enable replication of man-made craft).
The letter criticizes official U.S. disclosure efforts to date as insufficient and states that The Disclosure Project will also encourage international contacts to release evidence.
