White House Mental Health Crisis: Dementia-Ridden President Trump Endangers Entire World

As a longtime licensed therapist turned journalist the last dozen years, I feel obligated to preface this article based on both my own clinical as well as qualified others’ observations of the present White House occupant President Donald J. Trump. Unfortunately, we have an insecure, vain, highly erratic and increasingly floridly psychotic, mentally unstable President, who, for the sake of the world, has no business having access to the nuclear codes. Reports are surfacing that last weekend while Trump was in another one of his fits of rage, America’s top commanding general Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Dan Caine refused our clinically deranged president access to the nuclear codes. Trump reputedly was determined to nuke Iran. We need no more proof than this incident alone to remove him from office immediately.
The Mirror headline on Tuesday April 21st alerts the world:
Trump ‘tried to use nuclear codes but was stopped by military chief’
Rather than die in prison as a convicted pedophile, the Bibi blackmailed Orange Face is now posing such an extreme threat and red alert alarm endangering our entire planet, he continues losing his megalomaniacal war of aggression against Iran that he cannot hope to win. Trump’s incessant, angry, out-of-control, immature and inappropriate rants and outbursts are now reportedly occurring on a near daily basis, reflecting the president’s waning capacity as leader of the so-called free world, and sadly, the whole world knows it except him.
Without a clue or exit strategy dealing with the crisis he created in the Middle East, Trump wavers between blowing up Iran as a nation and civilization back to the Stone Age, to a few hours ago at the last minute, extending another of his temporary ceasefires to regroup and recalibrate. That is, until the next crisis of escalation erupts in his vain attempt to maintain his volatilely dangerous naval blockade against Iran, in and of itself another flagrantly criminal breach of international law as an act of both piracy and war.
All-the-while, Trump holds zero cards of leverage or, for that matter, self-control. Under the mounting stress, overt signs of his advancing stages of dementia and senility are rapidly kicking in daily. As of late, Donald Trump displays glaring, out of control symptoms of severe cognitive decline, malignant narcissism and rigidly hardened psychopathy in his near daily blind rage lashing out at Iran, his staff, his now former closest allied nations, all his biggest MAGA ex-supporters, the media, and anyone he perceives in any way critical or disapproving, which is now nearly everyone on the planet.
Trump lacks the capacity to effectively cope with the growing, on-the-job stress of his own incompetent making and impaired judgment, reflected in his severely diminished daily visible capacity to respond appropriately in restraint. His increasing display of intermittent paranoid and grandiose delusions reflect his increasing emotional lability. This is a warning sign indication that he shows that he is rapidly decompensating under acute chronic stress with limited options and coping capacity. With his unstable fragility reaching near breakdown status, his overall lack of mental stability is inevitably reaching the point of no return. Trump is now coming across a hair’s breath away from a total mental breakdown as clinically, certifiably insane.
Therefore, for the safety of the world, Donald Trump is too mentally and emotionally unstable and unfit to continue as President of the United States. The Daily Beast is just one among a growing number of news outlets openly questioning the now just weeks away octogenarian Trump’s mental capacity to continue as president with the Tuesday April 21st headline:
Trump, 79, Shows Multiple Public Signs of Confusion
Little more than a week ago, Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) sent an urgent letter to the White House doctor demanding that Trump take a cognitive test, writing:
Experts have repeatedly warned that the President has been exhibiting signs consistent with dementia and cognitive decline.
Meanwhile, this month the number of media articles covering Trump’s deteriorating dementia condition are flooding the daily news cycle. His persistent threats to bomb Iran if Iran refuses his egocentric demands is not making the world any safer. Over the weekend, Trump posted on Truth Social a video of Frank Sinatra’s 1968 classic “My Way” that begins “And now the end is near,” sparking as much cryptic speculation he was referring to his own end as much as Iran’s. He also posted more threats “Lots of Bombs Will Go Off‘ If Ceasefire Ends With No Deal” and that he will “knock out every single Power Plant, and every single Bridge, in Iran.” As a result, talk of evoking the 25th Amendment grows louder by the day.
Trump’s infamous Easter greeting shows clear signs that the US president is decompensating:
Open the Fuckin’ Strait, you crazy bastard, or you’ll be living in Hell – JUST WATCH! Praise be to Allah. President DONALD J. TRUMP.
Trump then followed this aggressive lunacy with more grandiosity lunacy posing as a Jesus Christ-like savior, not the medical healer he defensively, feebly pretended afterwards. Trump’s rising number of unhinged rants has grown exponentially in recent weeks stuck in his debacle escalating World War III.
The Sunday April 19th International Business Times quoted ex-Johns Hopkins professor of psychology:
US psychologist [Dr. John Gartner] has claimed that President Donald Trump is displaying what he sees as a key sign of psychosis, arguing that the president’s recent online behaviour suggests he ‘wants the world to worship him as a god’ and is gripped by ‘magical thinking’.
During recent Fox News live coverage of Trump signing an executive order to fast-track studies on the psychedelic drug ibogaine, he joked about taking the drug himself. Trump stated that he believes it could help treat PTSD in military veterans and those suffering from traumatic brain injuries. With his brain-aging injury of advancing dementia that he is clearly suffering from, Trump is probably taking that psychedelic drug himself. Between both his increasing mental and physical health infirmities, there is no doubt that Trump is heavily medicated, which is another underlying factor behind his growing lapses of losing self-control in front of the world.
A Monday April 20th Daily Adda headline reads:
‘Completely lost it’: Trump removed from his own White House meeting after emotional breakdown — then insiders leak what really happened behind closed doors and it’s worse than anyone thought
Trump’s frequent situation room meltdowns necessitating his physical removal are presenting clear, overwhelming evidence that Donald Trump is no longer operating with his full mental faculties still intact. During the aftermath of the downed US F-15 fighter jet earlier this month, a raging, panicking Trump, allegedly screaming for hours at his aides during the rescue operation, had his senior administration officials fearing his out-of-control behavior might jeopardize the mission. Subsequently he had to be removed from his own war room.
The Monday April 20th Mirror states:
As calls for President Donald Trump’s removal from office, either by impeachment or by invoking the 25th Amendment, intensify, the full line of succession for the White House has been revealed.
Either way, Vice President JD Vance would take over as the next president and after him, House Leader lackey Mike Johnson.
Evoking the 25th Amendment at this point appears long overdue as Trump has proven to the entire world that his frayed mental capacities are in such severe, freefall decline that every nation and world inhabitant are in serious peril. Amidst his latest insanity, the Donald touts how he should reward himself recipient of America’s highest military Medal of Honor award. His fitness to continue his job falls drastically short even at minimal performance standards and must therefore urgently be removed from office before if he makes good on just one of his now notorious multiple threats to start blowing up Iran and the world. In the eyes of this world, the all-too-overt signs of desperation in both Trump and his sycophant warrior wannabe War Secretary Pete Hegseth are placing all nations in undue peril, not to mention they are both bringing unprecedented, unparalleled humiliation, shame and dishonor to a fallen America.
