Trump’s Unlawful Blockade Is An Act Of War

Trump and Congress continue Iran War as International Opponents Condemn Israel

Even as President Trump suggests that the war with Iran is “very close to over’ which he predicted multiple times in the past, the  tentative ceasefire continues as Trump asserts a military blockage of the Strait of Hormuz against Iran.

Trump’s use of the term blockade is considered an act of war sealing off a location to prevent goods or people from entering or leaving, where one party prevents the entry or exit from or to a defined areas.  Blockades are regulated by international law and require advance warning to neutral states.  It is not considered a flippant term to be used in an offhand manner.

Spokesman for Iran Foreign Minister Esmail Baghaei cited “Iran cannot be besieged.  The US blockade is contrary to fundamentals and principles of international law as Iran is monitoring and will respond appropriately.”

Despite failure of the US – Iran ceasefire meeting in Islamabad has not stopped President Trump from suggesting another go-round in Islamabad.
While Trump appears eager to seek a way out of the conflict he initiated, the President remains genetically unable to bring the conflict to a conclusion just as he failed to end the Ukraine war as repeatedly promised.

While Trump’s favored negotiators (Kushner/Witkoff) are pathetically uninformed with no diplomatic experience, no familiarity with the NPT as both are closely identified with the Zionist cause.

In other words, any further ‘negotiation’ would represent a waste of time since Israel has already determined the outcome in its best interest is to continue the conflict.

To reiterate, President Trump initiated an unprovoked attack on Iran in violation of the US Constitution and international law which, he was assured by Mossad and Israel Prime Minister Netanyahu, that Iran would immediately collapse as ‘weak’ and unable to survive the weekend.

That collapse never occurred as Iran continues to respond with powerful drone and hypersonic missiles still in their reserve.

Meanwhile, both houses of Congress remain apathetically silent about ending the war and unwilling to oppose the additional $200 billion budget request to fund the war. Since both houses of Congress remain reticent and unresponsive during the crisis, it does not take a rocket scientist to figure out that the great majority of US Congress members have been euthanized by Zionist campaign donations.

During a recent interview Sen. Rick Scott (R-Fl) added his one-dimensional support for the war. ‘I appreciate that Trump is trying get rid of nuclear weapons. I don’t want to die by a nuclear weapon from Iran. They want to kill us…this appeasement of bullies…They are getting close in a position to kill us.  I don’t want to die by a nuke. They have been killing Americans.  He has to get them in the position so they do not have the ability for nuclear weapons and ballistic missiles.”

Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) added “I think the President has bent over backwards, going back nine years, trying to get Iran to take simple, very easy steps of turning over their nuclear materials, shutting down their nuclear structure, stopping their support for terrorism.  These are not onerous demands. These are something we expect from any civilized nation and the President is going to continue to find a way to meet those demands but he is going to keep the military and economic pressure on Iran until they do.”

Both Senators know the nuclear issue is no longer relevant and that the mere fact of Iran’s existence as a sovereign country, independent of Zionist philosophy, is unacceptable with the Greater Israel Plan’s driving force. A fragmented Iran as Syria has become is the ultimate prize while AIPAC recipients continue to spout erroneous nonsense out of a Zionist fact sheet.  It remains difficult to take any Senator serious or well-versed as Israel relies on distortions of the truth and scare tactics to influence politically illiterate Americans.

Meanwhile, Sen. Bernie Sanders (D-Vt) has promised to oppose the $200 billion request as well as offer a resolution to block further arms transfers to Isreal.  Absolutely not…In fact, we’re going to bring a joint resolution of disapproval to stop the 20,000 bombs that are going to Israel and the bulldozers,”

During earlier votes on the War Powers Act, only three Republicans out of 541 total members of Congress voted in favor (Rep. Tom Massie, Rep. Warren Davidson and Sen. Rand Paul) as all other Republican House and Senate members voted to support the President’s illegal and unconstitutional war.  As an unprovoked war of aggression, the Iran war, according to the Nuremberg Trial, is a war crime in its own right.

As a result of the Islamabad meeting, it is now confirmed that Trump’s war with Iran is directly responsive to Israel Prime Minister Netanyahu who has daily contact with the Trump Administration which, in turn, directly translates direction to an obedient Congress to rubber stamp every legislative Zionist decision.

Most recently joining the international ranks of war critics is Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni who suspended Italy’s defense agreement with Israel “In consideration of the current situation, the government has decided to suspend the automatic renewal of the defense agreement with Israel.”

In addition, Meloni condemned Israel for preventing Catholic leaders from celebrating a private Mass in the Church of the Holy Sepulchre on the Christian holiday of Palm Sunday, calling it “an offense to religious freedom.”

In a speech to parliament last week, Meloni criticized the Iran war as “a military operation that Italy did not agree with and did not participate in” while refusing use of Sigonella air base to US military aircraft.

In addition Meloni has joined Spain’s Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez in opposition to Trump’s war and Israel attacks on Lebanon civilians in order to expand the Greater Israel project throughout the Middle East.

Sanchez and Meloni are both supportive of Pope Leo’s opposition to the Iran war as Sanchez rebuked President’s threat to cut off trade with Spain as a form of punishment with “No to war”.

Meloni said “I express my solidarity with Pope Leo. Frankly I would not feel very comfortable in a society where religious leaders do what political ‌leaders say.”
