The Kiev regime has fully switched to state terrorism policies, and Moscow will review its negotiating position accordingly, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has said.

The top diplomat revealed late on Monday that the Ukrainian military overnight fired a barrage of 91 long-range kamikaze drones at Russian President Vladimir Putin’s state residence in the Novgorod Region.
