COVID spelled backwards is DIVOC which “most commonly refers to the Digital Infrastructure for Verifiable Open Credentialing, an open-source platform developed during the COVID-19 pandemic to manage public health programs, particularly the issuance and verification of vaccination certificates.”  As follows from the DIVOC website: https://divoc.digit.org/.

DIVOC was developed by the eGovernments Foundation to enable countries to issue and distribute tamper-proof COVID-19 vaccination and test result certificates at a large scale.

DIVOC went live in India in January 2021.  Which means it was fully functioning just days after the first COVID-19 ‘vaccines’ were administered in December of 2020.  India’s meteoric rollout was then followed by Sri Lanka in July 2021, the Philippines in September 2021, and Jamaica and Indonesia in December 2021.

There are some other strange connections between DIVOC and the Hebrew word “Dibbuk” which should not be overlooked as seen in the “divoc is dybbuk” search results below.

All of which means that the various COVID-19 bioweapons, all of the weaponized Covid ‘vaccines’ and the obviously long planned mandatory COVID-19 vaccine verification and tracking system were all a part of an elaborate global depopulation and control scheme directed by you know who.
