Governor DeSantis has been traveling around the state for weeks educating folks about the many grim realities associated with the highly deceptive Amendment 3 which legalizes recreational marijuana in the most liberal fashion throughout the entire nation.

For those who don’t have the time to watch that excellent preceding video, read this accurate description of Amendment 3 that you will never see in the mainstream media:
Trulieve Corp spent $100 million to get this on the 2024 Florida ballot.
This large public corporation will have exclusive control over the recreational marijuana industry in Florida if Amendment 3 passes.
They will decide what ingredients go into the products (remember the Tobacco Industry and Big Pharma), and they have written into the amendment a total cloak of protection so Trulieve cannot be sued or charged with any criminal damages in cases of users being poisoned physically or mentally even if death occurs.
Does this sound familiar?
No one can grow their own at home nor obtain legally from other sources.
This amendment is dangerous for those against recreational marijuana as well as marijuana users.
Furthermore, this amendment places no restrictions on where marijuana can be used, whether restaurants, beaches, or other public places. Therefore no business can forbid its use on the premises, private or public.
One last point, if you are a user, feel assured that the current laws are not enforced. There is not a single person in jail in Florida for being a user.
