But without his parental consent, her frail, weakened 30-pound body may have been rushed to the nearest crematorium to destroy all their criminal evidence. The only response from the uncooperative, uncaring host nation\u2019s bureaucracy was an impersonal death message in the form of a coldly antagonistic, reluctant offer to ship her ashes home in an urn. With now a month since last contact from Swiss authorities responsible for her premature death at 25, the bereaved father has received zero tangible evidence of a body, or any final record, with no witnesses nor evidence of a fatality shared even with the father\u2019s local Swiss lawyer. Perhaps as a deceptive ploy to try and manipulate the father into giving up and go away, it has crossed his mind that she may actually still be alive. In any event, his other daughter still remains alive, still trapped in this nightmare next in their crosshairs.<\/p>\n If this tragic fate can happen to a successful doctor living in Massachusetts or Maryland, it can happen to anyone in America or on this planet. The KESB helps everyone who is unable to take care of themselves.<\/em><\/p>\n Tell that to the broken-hearted American doctor who struggles with a father\u2019s guilt for failing to save his fallen daughter with one still held KESB captive. His surviving daughter just lost her year-younger sister at the same hospital. Yet the father knows that the actual murderers that failed his daughters have long been installed in both the Swiss and US governments as criminal gatekeepers. In order to understand how two young American adolescent girls were taken hostage in this foreign land, stripped of all their human rights as both US citizens as well as vulnerable children, a brief look at the Swiss nation\u2019s long dark history of mistreating children will readily illustrate why this tragedy is still unfolding today.<\/p>\n Until 1981, tens of thousands of children in Switzerland were systematically uprooted, forcibly removed from their families deemed by oppressive authorities incapable of properly caring for their young, and subsequently were shipped off as cheap labor to prison work camps<\/a> in Switzerland. Largely squelched as a shameful, forbidden national secret until former child victims finally began emerging as adults to tell their horrendous stories, by 2010 mounting public pressure forced the national government in Bern for the first time to officially apologize for its longtime inbred, most reprehensible policy that really never ended.<\/p>\n Just four short years after that long overdue 2010 national apology, this same authoritarian state agency KESB abducted the American doctor\u2019s daughters. But instead of sending them to a prison work camp, they wound up in a series of psychiatric lockup facilities and fed high doses of the infamous Swiss manufactured psychotropic drugs over the next dozen years, cut off from family to suffer from severe neglect and chronic abuse. Two in particular are Maryland Judges Michael Twigg and Gregory Wells, along with their cadre of clerks, they stand charged as guilty accomplices. All were directly involved in obstruction of justice, each playing their part in a devious role thwarting established legal procedures. They issued their final ruling order to unethically and illegally award the Swiss nation full jurisprudent custody over the Maryland father\u2019s right to petition for legal Guardianship over his own two daughters. These judges\u2019 approval greenlit Switzerland\u2019s outrageously unfair legal system to continue violating the Hague Convention\u2019s internationally guaranteed rights of both children and their father. The father\u2019s denied parental right to access and intervene on behalf of his own beloved children, challenging Swiss courts after he demonstrably presented provable evidence in writing that the Swiss were in clear violation, legally and morally of a host of jurisdictional laws both domestic and international.<\/p>\n Speaking of the Hague Convention, Switzerland\u2019s own Geneva Convention also expressly prohibits cruelty, torture, solitary confinement, forced institutionalization, forced mega-doses of dangerous, abusive psychiatric drugs, blocked family contact for years on end, politically abducted and taken hostage in a foreign country. Yet that never hypocritically stopped Swiss authorities from violating every one of their own international rules of law.<\/p>\n If Hague and Geneva\u2019s body of criminal evidence isn\u2019t enough, UN Convention<\/a> on the Rights of the Disabled also have been flagrantly disregarded and trampled on. Both the Washington and Bern governments co-operating as a singly conjoined lethal criminal enterprise, are both thoroughly guilty as charged and await long overdue prosecution, no different from the hundreds of unprosecuted<\/a> Epstein VIP rapists. Sadly, more victims are dying every day.<\/p>\n Yet another among many unprosecuted Stateside criminals that blocked a father\u2019s access to his daughters is riding high as another DEI-hire, ultra-leftist liberal, woke, lesbian Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey. While serving as State Attorney General from 2015 to 2023, no doubt following her \u201chigher paygrade orders\u201d from DC and Bern, state AG Healey quashed all the good doctor\u2019s legal efforts to find justice for his two hostage-held young daughters illicitly confined to Switzerland.<\/p>\n After years of legal dead-end attempts to reunite with his daughters, in June 2020<\/a> the MD father filed yet another lawsuit against defendants Massachusetts Children and Family Services, Maryland\u2019s Department of Social Services along with the Swiss Justice Department and the current Swiss abduction hospital. But again, the US and Swiss authorities collusively rejected his every legal effort and appeal to reunite with his severely abused, traumatized girls, one now most likely dead.<\/p>\n Last year, Gov. Healey<\/a> had to answer for her growing scandal after allocating millions in taxpayer funded shelters to enable child raping foreign invading pedophiles to continue wreaking havoc in America, especially in true-blue sanctuary states like Massachusetts. In January 2025 Healey was put on blast even in the UK\u2019s Daily Mail<\/em><\/a>:<\/p>\n The Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities recorded 316 \u2018serious incident\u2019 reports at hotels, congregate sites, scattered sites and co-shelters within the program since 2022.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n As a longtime pedophile enabler, the governor\u2019s response simply ignored the obvious fact that more than two serious criminal incidents racking up each and every week during its first three years of providing shelter to illegal foreign invaders. Massachusetts taxpayers foot the bill for this program that enables too many violent migrant criminals free housing to use their free time habitually committing predatory rape against young underaged children.<\/p>\n If the AG turned governor fails to protect children from foreign pedophiles in her own state, she sure as hell won\u2019t pay any attention to protect young girls from Massachusetts stranded and abused indefinitely in a foreign country. The Massachusetts taxpaying state resident doctor in 2015 first attempted to solicit emergency assistance from then state Attorney General Maura Healey, a former civil rights attorney, to help get his two daughters legally back home to the Bay State after their first year in Swiss confinement. But Attorney General Healey refused to comply with international Hague Convention law to ensure the girls\u2019 safe return. Instead, Healey joined the rest of the criminal stateside perps allowing two American teenage sisters to continue being held hostage year after year, locked away in bondage. This longtime pattern stood unchanged throughout her 8-year tenure as top state law enforcer till 2023, but only continued once she was promoted to state governor. Under her decade-long watch from 2015 to 2026, Healey complicitly directed her state judges to thwart the doctor\u2019s every legal pathway seeking justice, blocking family reunification to secure legal parent custody by flagrantly violating all international child protection laws due his two helpless teenage daughters taken hostage inside the Swiss borders.<\/p>\n The crime scene in Switzerland has been mercilessly allowed to drag on indefinitely without justice whatsoever, all-the-while defying and violating all preexisting international laws<\/a>. Perhaps the one law that was never heeded that would have protected the doctor\u2019s daughters was the Hague Convention:<\/p>\n The Hague Convention of 25 October 1980 on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction (1980 Hague Convention) is a multilateral treaty that establishes proceedings for the prompt return of children who have been wrongfully removed or kept away from their home country.<\/em><\/p>\n As both the US and Switzerland are Contracting States to this Hague Convention ruling, at the time of the two American sisters\u2019 unlawful 2014 abduction across international borders, they were just 14 and 15 years old, and as such, both under age 16 required for the above law to directly apply. The nightmare began when the doctor\u2019s estranged wife took their two daughters to her native country Switzerland where she ultimately had her daughters committed to a psychiatric hospital. This Hague Application through the US State Department was urgently sought by the father as early as 2015, but to no avail because both US state courts in Massachusetts and Maryland claimed his legal intervention efforts were deemed technically unsuitable as a \u201cformal petition,\u201d a totally bogus and groundless technical excuse to deny what was clearly in the best health interests and well-being of his daughters.<\/p>\n After moving from Massachusetts across the border to New Hampshire where he continued practicing medicine, the doctor thought he was on the right track toward reunification after seven state legislators<\/a> in 2018 signed a petition urging the Swiss judge to return custody of the involuntarily confined younger daughter stuck in a Swiss psychiatric ward while the year-older daughter was sent to a German speaking foster care home. These girls were totally in the wrong place and any sensical observer knew that was true. Yet as US citizens born in America who loved their dad knowing that for years he tirelessly pursued great lengths to try and legally free them from their foreign captors. The early promises of New Hampshire legislators to help work with Swiss officials to finally bring his girls home where they belonged also went for naught in 2018 and 2019. Every legal door was slammed coldly in this family\u2019s face.<\/p>\n Because both US and Swiss courts to this day working criminally together against this forlorn family were horribly wrong from the get-go, they displayed a hostile bias and contempt toward a rightfully entitled biological father as the ideal caregiving legal parent as well as the bonus of being a health practitioner doctor. It\u2019s especially a flagrant insult when the loving father\u2019s long-established medical career as a successful, fully competent MD healer has gone unheeded, or even held against him. It\u2019s an abomination and travesty of justice that the courts in both Switzerland and America holding zero legal justification continue denying this father his rights guaranteed by the Hague Convention in an open and shut case. Yet this travesty turned fatal tragedy stands as nothing short of a diabolical international atrocity needing to be rectified immediately.<\/p>\n US parents asserting their legal rights of repatriation in efforts to protect vulnerable family members abroad, both children and adults alike, despite the Hague and Geneva Conventions, in many cases Swiss courts arbitrarily, willfully and wrongly mislabel children as \u201cdisabled.\u201d The US legal system working in tandem colluded with the corruptly unfair Swiss legal system to deliberately destroy not just US families but other foreigners in Switzerland as well. US citizens as children and adults, falsely branded \u201cdisabled\u201d abroad, enable international hostage takers operating inside their borders to inhumanely, predatorily strip and impugn victims of their civil, human and parental rights. And with this wrongful death outcome, this gross injustice must be stopped.<\/p>\n Additionally, international state-held hostages, institutionalized for years at a time in Switzerland where Big Pharma is king, victims are systematically so heavily sedated with damaging, mind-altering psychotropic drugs, they render the once initially healthy young vibrant individuals, helplessly snowed under as preyed upon, targeted victims of criminal maltreatment to wind up \u201cdisabled.\u201d The system destroys young lives by vegging them out while grossly denying justice, in order to, by deliberate design, drug and weaken them to this \u201cdisabled\u201d status that ultimately kills them. Judges in two states clearly went out of their way to obstruct justice, illegally denying both the father\u2019s parental rights and his two daughters\u2019 basic human rights to life, in order to aid and abet the \u201clegalized\u201d international child trafficking system.
