Introduction<\/strong><\/h2>\n

This is a detailed and carefully documented (long) article pertaining to the Israeli government\u2019s genocide against Palestine<\/strong>, which commenced in October 2023.<\/p>\n

\u201cBenjamin Netanyahu<\/strong> had received an \u201cexplicit warning\u201d from President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed<\/strong> (UAE) that (the late) Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar<\/strong> \u201cwas planning a major operation\u201d that could take place at any time.<\/p>\n

According to Haaretz, \u201cNetanyahu instructed his lawyers to file a libel suit against Haaretz and journalist Shlomi Eldar following revelations the UAE president warned him Hamas was planning a major attack.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThree days after on October 10, 2023, US Representative Michael McCaul, a member of the US Foreign Relations Committee, declared that Egypt had warned Netanyahu of the planned HAMAS attack<\/a><\/p>\n

Clearly President Biden had to be aware of these warnings and discussed them with Netanyahu.\u201d<\/p>\n

With warnings coming from the UAE, Egypt and, no doubt, the US, Netanyahu,<\/p>\n

(1) gave no warnings to Israeli communities along the border,<\/p>\n

(2) granted significant holiday leave to IDF border forces and,<\/p>\n

(3) allowed the NOVA Music Festival to be relocated<\/strong> to within three miles of the Gaza border just three days before the attack.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

According to Haaretz:<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is obvious that Netanyahu is guilty of gross mismanagement, however, the much broader, frightening, question must be asked:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Did Netanyahu set up the conditions to assure maximum [Israeli] civilian casualties in order to gain \u201cjustification\u201d for his annihilation of Gaza?\u201d<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

This was not \u201cNegligence\u201d on the part of Netanyahu. He had \u201cForeknowledge\u201d of \u201cHis Own Plan\u201d to Commit Genocide<\/strong>. His objective was the annihiliation of Gaza.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Was \u201cOperation Al-Aqsa Storm\u201d a \u201cSurprise Attack\u201d? Or was it \u201ca False Flag\u201d?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In the words of Philip Giraldi:<\/p>\n

\u201cAs a former intelligence officer, I find it impossible to believe that Israel did not have multiple informants inside Gaza as well as electronic listening devices all along the border wall which would have picked up movements of groups and vehicles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In other words, the whole thing might be a tissue of lies as is often the case.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\u201cA tissue of lies\u201d has served to justify the killings in the Gaza Strip of civilians, of which 70% were women and children.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It was \u201ca false flag\u201d<\/strong> intent upon justifying a carefully planned genocidal attack against Palestine.<\/p>\n

Did Netanyahu \u201cignore\u201d all warnings?<\/p>\n

This question borders on ridicule. It is fairly well established that elements within Hamas were intelligence assets coordinated by Israeli Intelligence.<\/p>\n

Amply documented: Israeli Intelligence acting on behalf of the Netanyahu government had formulated a detailed Plan to commit genocide against the people of Palestine.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This plan was formulated in liaison with US Intelligence.<\/p>\n

It took months to prepare. We do not have the exact date of its initial submission to the Netanyahu government (prior to Saturday, October 7, 2026).<\/p>\n

The last phrase of the Minister of Intelligence is fundamental. It is not based on artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s the so-called \u201cVoluntary Emigration Plan,\u201d<\/strong> namely Israel\u2019s Ministry of Intelligence Memorandum which was released on October 13, 2023 and adopted by the Netanyahu Cabinet.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In all likelihood, the Ministry of Intelligence report \u2013which in effect is an outright planning of genocide\u2013 was drafted several months before October 7, 2023.<\/p>\n

The \u201csecret\u201d memorandum was not \u201cclassified.\u201d It was made public in mid-October 2023 by the Ministry of Intelligence.<\/p>\n

The name of the so-called Secret Memorandum was not \u201cVoluntary Emigration,\u201d<\/strong> quite the opposite.<\/p>\n

It was entitled in October 2023 by the Minister of Intelligence Gilial Gamliel Demri:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cIsraeli Intelligence Ministry Policy Paper (IIMPP) on Gaza\u2019s Civilian Population\u201d, October 2023<\/strong>, the stated objective of which was to:<\/p>\n

\u201cExpel All Palestinians from Gaza\u201d under Option C.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The Plan to Commit Genocide<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The so-called Israeli Intelligence Ministry Policy Paper (IIMPP) was directed against Gaza\u2019s Civilian Population (IIMPP).<\/strong><\/p>\n

October 2023 was intent upon setting the stage for the conduct of the genocide.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The plan to \u201cexpel all Palestinians from Gaza\u201d was known to Israel\u2019s allies, including the U.S. and NATO. US Intelligence was routinely collaborating with Israel\u2019s Ministry of Intelligence.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Ministry of Intelligence headed by Gila Gamliel Demri<\/strong> (2023-2024) was also responsible for planning a false flag operation<\/strong> with a view to presenting the Palestinians as the aggressors, for having attacked Israel.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The act of Israeli Intelligence using artificial intelligence<\/strong> as a means to producing the short video entitled \u201cWhat Will Gaza Look Like in the Future\u201d <\/strong>is part and parcel of the IIMPP Memorandum, which consists in expelling Palestinians from their homeland and portraying Gaza as beautiful future \u201cIt\u2019s Us or Them.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

It\u2019s a grotesque AI simulation. It\u2019s propaganda to the nth degree, it\u2019s a criminal undertaking which serves to provide a human face to Option C.<\/p>\n

Under Option C of the IIMPP Memorandum, the stated objective is \u201cexpel all Palestinians from Gaza.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Of significance, the IIMPP Memorandum was made public in late October following its submission to the Netanyahu government. It was totally ignored by the mainstream media. It was also ignored by the United Nations and the International Court of Justice.<\/p>\n

Global Research received this important document in mid-October 2023.<\/p>\n

It should be understood that Israel\u2019s [so-called] \u201cSecret\u201d Intelligence Memorandum <\/strong>(which was made public) was no doubt accompanied by numerous classified memoranda<\/strong> pertaining to different operations in the conduct of the genocide including e.g., the \u201cmass famine agenda\u201d<\/strong> and the \u201ccalculated mass killing.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

The official \u201csecret\u201d memorandum authored by Israel\u2019s Ministry of Intelligence<\/a> had recommended the forcible and permanent transfer of the Gaza Strip\u2019s 2.2 million Palestinian residents to Egypt\u2019s Sinai Peninsula, <\/strong>namely to a refugee camp in Egyptian territory. This was by no means \u201cvoluntary.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

There are indications of Israel-Egypt negotiations as well as consultations with the U.S.<\/p>\n

The 10-page document, dated Oct. 13, 2023, which bears the logo of the Intelligence Ministry,<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201c\u2026 assesses three options regarding the future of the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip \u2026<\/p>\n

It recommends a full population transfer as its preferred course of action.<\/strong> \u2026 \u201c<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The document, whose authenticity was confirmed by Israel\u2019s Ministry of Intelligence, was translated into English in full on +972 (10 pages).<\/p>\n

The existence of the document does not necessarily indicate that its recommendations are being considered by Israel\u2019s defense establishment.<\/p>\n

Despite its name, the Intelligence Ministry<\/a> is not directly responsible for any intelligence body, but rather independently prepares studies and policy papers that are distributed to the Israeli government and security agencies for review, but are not binding. The ministry\u2019s annual budget is NIS 25 million and its influence is considered relatively small.<\/p>\n

It is currently headed by Gila Gamliel, a member of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu\u2019s Likud Party.\u201d (Yuval Abraham, October 30, 2023)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Netanyahu Cabinet Adopts \u201cOption C\u201d: \u201cEvacuation of the Civilian Population from Gaza to Sinai\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n

I should mention that in October 2023 when the \u201csecret\u201d Memorandum was released, we were not aware that Option C had been adopted by the Netanyahu Cabinet.<\/p>\n

Below are the main concepts of Option C which define planned actions as formulated at the outset in October 2023 (emphasis added).<\/p>\n

Operational<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. A call for the evacuation of the non-combatant population from the combat zone of the Hamas attack.<\/strong><\/p>\n

2. In the first stage, operations from the air with a focus on the north of Gaza<\/strong> to allow a ground invasion<\/strong> in an area that is already evacuated and does not require fighting in a densely populated civilian area.<\/strong><\/p>\n

3. In the second stage, a gradual ground invasion of the territory in the north and along the border until the occupation of the entire Strip <\/strong>and cleansing of the underground bunkers of Hamas fighters.<\/p>\n

4. The ground invasion stage will be less time-consuming<\/strong> compared to options A and B and therefore will reduce the exposure time to opening the northern front simultaneously with the fighting in Gaza.<\/p>\n

5. It is important to leave the travel routes to the south open to enable the evacuation of the civilian population toward Rafah.<\/p>\n

International\/legal legitimacy<\/strong><\/p>\n

In our assessment, post-evacuation combat is likely to result in fewer casualties among the civilian population compared to the expected casualties if the population remains (as presented in options A and B).<\/strong><\/p>\n

a. This is a defensive war against a terrorist organization that conducted a military invasion into Israel. [false flag justification]<\/strong><\/p>\n

b. The demand for the evacuation of the non-combatant population from the area is a widely accepted method that saves lives, and it was the approach used by the Americans in Iraq in 2003.<\/strong><\/p>\n

c. Egypt has an obligation under international law to allow the passage of the population.<\/strong><\/p>\n

6. Israel must act to promote a broad diplomatic initiative aimed at countries that will support assisting the displaced population and agree to absorb them as refugees.<\/strong><\/p>\n

7. A list of countries that are suitable for this initiative can be found in Appendix A to this document.<\/p>\n

8. In the long run, this option will gain broader legitimacy because it involves a population that will be integrated within a state framework with citizenship.<\/p>\n

Option C<\/strong> \u2013 The option that will yield positive,<\/strong> long-term strategic outcomes for Israel, and is an executable option.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It requires determination from the political echelon in the face of international pressure, with an emphasis on harnessing the support of the United States and additional pro-Israeli countries for the endeavor.<\/strong><\/p>\n

At first glance, this option, involving significant population displacement, may present challenges in terms of international legitimacy.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\u201cIntelligence Assets\u201d Inside Hamas is Confirmed by Netanyahu<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We should distinguish between Hamas as a government and political entity committed to Palestine as a nation-state, and elements within Hamas which are controlled or bribed by Israeli Intelligence acting on behalf of Netanyahu government.<\/p>\n

Support\u201d and \u201cMoney\u201d for Intelligence Assets Inside Hamas<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n

\u201cAnyone who wants to thwart the establishment of a Palestinian state has to support bolstering Hamas and transferring money to Hamas,\u201d<\/strong> he [Netanyahu]<\/strong> told a meeting of his Likud party\u2019s Knesset members in March 2019. \u201cThis is part of our strategy \u2013 to isolate the Palestinians in Gaza from the Palestinians in the West Bank.\u201d (Haaretz<\/a>, October 9, 2023, emphasis added)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Does this statement not suggest that Netanyahu and his military-intelligence apparatus are responsible for the killings of innocent Israeli civilians?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cTransferring money to Hamas\u201d on behalf of Netanyahu is confirmed by a Times of Israel October 8, 2023 report:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cHamas was treated as a partner to the detriment of the Palestinian Authority to prevent Abbas from moving towards creating a Palestinian State. Hamas was promoted from a terrorist group to an organization with which Israel conducted negotiations through Egypt, and which was allowed to receive suitcases containing millions of dollars from Qatar through the Gaza crossings.\u201d <\/strong>(emphasis added)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

According to Dr. Philip Giraldi:<\/p>\n

\u201cNetanyahu-allied government minister Ayelet Shaked memorably has called for Israel not only to exterminate all Palestinian children<\/a>, whom she has described as \u201clittle snakes,\u201d but also to kill their mothers who gave birth to them.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Media in the US and Europe were quick to label the Hamas offensive breaching the formidable Israeli border defenses as \u201cIsrael\u2019s 9\/11\u201d or even \u201cIsrael\u2019s Pearl Harbor\u201d<\/strong> to establish the context that the Israelis have been on the receiving end of an \u201cunprovoked\u201d attack by a cruel and heartless enemy.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\u201cCalculated Mass Killing\u201d of Palestinians: NAZA<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\u201cAccording to the Venice Film Festival\u2019s synopsis, NAZA explores what it describes as the mechanisms behind Israel\u2019s \u201ccalculated mass killing\u201d of Palestinian civilians in the Gaza Strip, featuring testimony from Israeli military intelligence officers and soldiers.\u201d<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The documentary premiered at the Venice Film Festival on 10 September 2026 was awarded the Special Jury Prize on Saturday 12 September 2026.<\/p>\n
