{"id":56500,"date":"2026-03-22T08:50:42","date_gmt":"2026-03-22T12:50:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stateofthenation.info\/?p=56500"},"modified":"2026-03-22T08:50:42","modified_gmt":"2026-03-22T12:50:42","slug":"us-israel-war-against-iran-require-a-war-crimes-commission","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stateofthenation.info\/?p=56500","title":{"rendered":"<h2><b>US-Israel War against Iran require a War Crimes Commission<\/b><\/h2>"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!--more-->Renee Parsons<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Almost one year after the 2024 election on a peace platform, the Trump Administration backed itself into an alarming militaristic US-Israeli tag team that is not what the American public voted for.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Almost immediately, the newly elected Peace President who continued to lust for the Noble Peace Prize, allowed his country to be drawn into a series of unconstitutional conflicts with the most recent being a severe unprovoked \u2018<i>war of aggression\u2019<\/i> against Iran.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Early in Trump\u2019s second term his no-new interventionist war pledge was no longer public policy when he failed to end the war in Ukraine as promised,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>followed by initiation of a failed bombing campaign against the Houthis, unprovoked attacks on Venezuelan fishermen with no proof of criminality including the Trump administration\u2019s generous offerings of weapons to support Israel\u2019s genocide on Palestinian civilians in Gaza.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">In March, 2025, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dni.gov\/files\/ODNI\/documents\/assessments\/ATA-2025-Unclassified-Report.pdf\"><span class=\"s1\">US Intelligence Assessment<\/span><\/a> concluded that \u201c<i>We continue to assess Iran is not building a nuclear weapon and that Khamenei has not reauthorized the nuclear weapons program he suspended in 2003, though pressure has probably built on him to do so.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">In June, 2025, with the US and Iran officials engaged in \u2018negotiation\u2019, the US with Israel joined at the hip, launched a surprise unprovoked illegal attack on Iran which came to be known as the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aljazeera.com\/news\/2025\/6\/26\/visualising-12-days-of-the-israel-iran-conflict\"><span class=\"s1\">Twelve Day War<\/span><\/a>. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>On June 22, the US fired bunker busting missiles aimed at Iran\u2019s Natanz, Fordow and Isfahan nuclear facilities.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Those attacks were followed by a tentative ceasefire at Israel\u2019s request to the US as the President insisted that all Iran\u2019s nuclear facilities had been<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aljazeera.com\/news\/2026\/2\/24\/us-re-asserts-2025-strikes-obliterated-irans-nuclear-programme\"><span class=\"s1\">obliterated\u201d<\/span><\/a> which later proved to be untrue.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">***<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">In anticipation of US military action against Iran prior to February 28<span class=\"s2\"><sup>th<\/sup><\/span>, <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Gen. Dan Caine, Chair of the Joint Chief of Staffs recommended that the President <a href=\"https:\/\/www.independent.co.uk\/news\/world\/americas\/us-politics\/dan-caine-trump-khamenei-iran-strikes-b2926406.html\"><span class=\"s1\">reconsider<\/span><\/a> any intervention since US \u201c<i>resources would be greatly depleted<\/i>\u201d and that \u2018<i>the stakes are too high<\/i>\u201d when it comes to Iran.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Trump\u2019s response was \u201c<i>It is his opinion that it will be something easily won<\/i>\u201d\u00a0as if the US would overcome any military challenge from Iran, following Trump\u2019s habit to create the illusion of what he wants to hear.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Prior to the Israel-US pre-emptive strike, Iran warned that closing the Hormuz Strait was a potential response which was exactly Iran\u2019s answer when the Israel-US attacks began.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Trump\u2019s malicious attack on Iran began at 4 am on February 28<span class=\"s2\"><sup>th<\/sup><\/span> was met almost immediately with a more vigorous military response than either Trump or his Israeli partner expected.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Early predictions for a quick, in-and-out decisive victory by Monday<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>never materialized since Iran, presumably in a weakened state per Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu\u2019s assurances, was fully prepared for the US-Israeli assault.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The war against Iran has exposed<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>the last remaining veneer of the President\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.injectionsforschizophrenia.com\/what-is-schizophrenia\/?&amp;msclkid=a815c34467c61983247faafdcbcf14e4&amp;utm_source=bing&amp;utm_medium=cpc&amp;utm_campaign=EG-DTCB-UB-SCH-Invega%2520Sustenna-JJ-Symptoms-Broad-NA&amp;utm_term=what%2520triggers%2520schizophrenia&amp;utm_content=Schizoprhenia%2520Triggers-TXT-National-NA-1-BR&amp;gclid=a815c34467c61983247faafdcbcf14e4&amp;gclsrc=3p.ds&amp;gad_source=7&amp;gad_campaignid=22396356657\"><span class=\"s1\">delusional<\/span><\/a> character, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.psychologytoday.com\/us\/blog\/5-types-people-who-can-ruin-your-life\/201903\/malignant-narcissism-does-the-president-really\"><span class=\"s1\">malignant narcissist<\/span><\/a> with a dangerous pathological edge just as the war has exposed Israel\u2019s near total domination over every Trump foreign policy decision, all of which have been unsuccessful and increased the country\u2019s $38 trillion debt.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">***<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Trump\u2019s history with Iran dates back to his first Presidential term soon after the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (<a href=\"https:\/\/armscontrolcenter.org\/the-iran-deal-then-and-now\/\"><span class=\"s1\">JCPOA<\/span><\/a>) was approved.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>That Agreement would assure that Iran\u2019s nuclear program would remain \u2018peaceful\u2019 as consistent with the IAEA and the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty (NPT).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">In July, 2015,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>the J5 +1 (China, France, Russia, UK, Germany, US) announced an Agreement which would prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon and by January 2016, the JCPOA confirmed the necessary changes to Iran\u2019s nuclear program that allowed its <a href=\"https:\/\/armscontrolcenter.org\/the-iran-deal-then-and-now\/\"><span class=\"s1\">nuclear related sanctions<\/span><\/a> to be waived.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The Agreement functioned smoothly with Iran meeting its <a href=\"https:\/\/armscontrolcenter.org\/fact-sheet-joint-comprehensive-plan-of-action-iran-deal-implementation-and-provisions\/\"><span class=\"s1\">obligations<\/span><\/a> and with no kerfuffle until Donald Trump unexpectedly won the 2016 election.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Trump revealed his opposition to Iran in his first term when he unexpectedly <a href=\"https:\/\/trumpwhitehouse.archives.gov\/briefings-statements\/president-donald-j-trump-ending-united-states-participation-unacceptable-iran-deal\/\"><span class=\"s1\">withdrew<\/span><\/a> the US from the JCPOA in May, 2018. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Nullifying what six other nations had labored to create, President Trump suddenly and brazenly stated that \u201c<i>The Iran Deal was one of the worst and most one-sided transactions the United States has ever entered into<\/i><b>\u201d <\/b>claiming it failed to protect US national security interests. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Whatever those national security interests were remained unspecified.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>At the same time, the US reimposed energy, financial and electrochemical sanctions on Iran\u2019s economy.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Given what we now know about the ease with which Trump ignored his previous peace promise and the number of Zionist campaign donors, it would be foolish to believe that Netanyahu, a frequent visitor to the Oval Office, had not used his considerable influence to \u2018lobby\u2019 Trump to follow his direction.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">***<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">As Trump allowed the JCPOA<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>to be dismantled,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>it is safe to hypothesize that Trump was grossly uninformed that the very same Iranian Ayatollah <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ali_Khamenei's_fatwa_against_nuclear_weapons\"><span class=\"s1\">Ali Khemenei<\/span><\/a> that Trump later cheered at his assassination was also author of the Fatwa entitled \u201c<i>Prohibition of Weaponsof Mass Destruction<\/i>.\u201d<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>That Fatwa, publicly announced in October 2003, <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ali_Khamenei's_fatwa_against_nuclear_weapons\"><span class=\"s1\">opposed<\/span><\/a> the acquisition, development and use of nuclear weapons which was consistent with Islamic tradition.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>That<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>announcement was followed by an official statement presented at a meeting of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/International_Atomic_Energy_Agency\"><span class=\"s1\">International Atomic Energy Agency<\/span><\/a>\u00a0(IAEA) in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Vienna\"><span class=\"s1\">Vienna<\/span><\/a>, Austria, in August 2005.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">From there, US-Israel efforts focused on destroying Iran\u2019s 2500 year Persian culture with 47 years of US sanctions crippling the Iranian economy to the point of economic collapse.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">In 1945, the world\u2019s first war crime trials after WW II, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crimesagainstpeace.org\/robert-jackson-statements\/\"><span class=\"s1\">Nuremberg War Crime<\/span><\/a> Trial defined war crimes as \u201c<i>symbols of racial hatreds, of terrorism and violence, and of the arrogance and cruelty of power<\/i> including<i><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>a \u201cfierce nationalisms and of militarism, of intrigue and war<\/i>-making.\u201d <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">As Chair of Nuremberg comments cited appropriately to fit the attack on Iran \u201c<i>wrongs that have been so calculated, so malignant, and so devastating that civilization cannot tolerate their being ignored because it cannot survive their being repeated\u201d<\/i> further stating that a war of aggression is a crime against peace under international law \u2026.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">it is doubtful that any member of Trump\u2019s Cabinet would explain to the President, unable to determine his own a strategy about how to dig out of the hole he created since he dared initiate an \u2018<i>unprovoked war of aggression.<\/i>\u201d<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>II will be his responsibility to determine the most favorable outcome \u2013 and it may not be pretty.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>Or prepare Trump for the ugly realty that Iran is in the driver\u2019s seat and depending on how desperate Trump is to find an exit, he may need to accept undesirable terms.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">As the entire world has been privy to the US-Israel conflict against Iran in violation of international law, Trump has not yet understood that \u2018<i>wars of aggression\u2019<\/i> were specifically<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>labeled by the Nuremberg war crimes trial. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>There can be little doubt that the President of the US has committed a series of war crimes including the deliberate carpet bombing of civilian areas and infrastructure, attacks on multiple schools, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2026\/03\/09\/middleeast\/iran-minab-school-airstrike-new-footage-intl\"><span class=\"s1\">Shajareh Tayyiba elementary school<\/span><\/a>,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>hospitals and a myriad of other civilian infrastructure. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">And it would<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>be within the realm of possibility that an international panel is probably already in the early stage of formation, organizing a professional, expert commission based on Nuremberg principles, to prevent war crimes on a massive level that the US and Israel have committed to ever again allow crimes against humanity.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">As Chair of Nuremberg comments cited appropriately to fit the attack on Iran \u201c<i>wrongs that have been so calculated, so malignant, and so devastating that civilization cannot tolerate their being ignored because it cannot survive their being repeated\u201d<\/i> further stating that a war of aggression is a crime against peace under international law \u2026. and that \u201c<i>crimes<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>of aggression are the mother of all war crimes because from them come all other war crimes\u201d.<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">In other words, as will be determined by an International independent panel convened to consider both the President of the US and Israel behavior in the course of their illegal, inhumane aggressive attack on Iran, have committed indefensible, deplorable war crimes against the People of Iran.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b><i>Renee
