SOTN<\/a> Editor’s Note: Folks, the 2026 U.S. dietary guidelines issued by the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) are nothing short of an unmitigated disaster.\u00a0 Hence, the more that the American people buy into and put into daily practice the “NEW FOOD PYRAMID”, the more serious will be the inevitable “Public Health Disaster”.<\/strong><\/p>\n

“We living through times that are known in the East as the Kali Yuga.\u00a0 Not
\nonly that, but the present race of humanity is right now living through the
\nTwilight of the Kali Yuga, which is when it’s the darkest before the Dawn of the
\nfollowing Golden Age.\u00a0 What that really means is that falsehood is much
\nstronger than truth as evidenced by the current catastrophic condition
\nof the entire planetary civilization.\u00a0 What that also means is that “The New
\nFood Pyramid”<\/strong> shown below is as false as it is injurious to human health.
\nSo, BUYER BEWARE!\u00a0 Be very careful not to buy into this absurd government-issued bullshit by buying and eating so much unhealthy animal food.\u00a0 The
\nonly two exceptions are organic ghee and organic yogurt; all other animal-
\nderived foodstuffs are detrimental to the human body.<\/p>\n

Now here’s the slide from the RealFood.gov<\/a> website showing you in glowing color what’s at the very top of their catastrophic “NEW FOOD PYRAMID”.<\/h3>\n

Really—meat and poultry, fish and yogurt, canned tuna fish and bottom-feeding shellfish, milk and eggs, butter and cheese, beef tallow and olive oil…..all of these are now positioned firmly at the very top of the government’s food pyramid<\/strong>?!?!<\/h3>\n

Yes, organic yogurt and extra-virgin olive oil have their proper place in any healthy, well-balanced diet, but certainly not as the most essential daily nutritional inputs before whole grains—THE STAFF OF LIFE—as well as fruits and vegetables.<\/p>\n

It’s crystal clear that the so-called experts at the United States Department of Health and Human Services, who put together this list of protein dense and oil-rich animal foods and beverages, have not a clue about how to eat healthy.\u00a0 In a phrase, they’re more than totally clueless.\u00a0 And, because of their profound ignorance (and supreme arrogance) of what a food pyramid should look like according to the very wise seers and sages of antiquity, they are extremely dangerous to the health and welfare of the American people.<\/p>\n

But why?\u00a0 Why is this inversion of the traditional food pyramid a\u00a0 disaster-in-the-making?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Do we really have to tell you after so much cancer and heart disease, all sorts of chronic degenerative diseases and cardiovascular diseases have been conclusively traced back to a highly toxic animal-based diet (see “KEY POINT”)<\/p>\n

KEY POINTS:<\/strong> What makes these new guidelines so harmful and misguided is that the vast majority of Americans who will follow them only have access to extremely low quality and highly toxic animal products brought to you by Big Agra<\/em>.\u00a0 In other words, cows and pigs, chickens and turkeys, sheep and goats which are raised on large corporate farms are so toxified prior to slaughter that they’re probably very happy to leave the feeding pens forever.\u00a0 We’re talking about a dizzying array of animal vaccines (yes, Covid injections), growth hormones (e.g. steroid hormone implants, antibiotics (for both disease prevention and control), as well as the various\u00a0 noxious pesticides like glyphosate and atrazine in their feed.\u00a0 The hundreds of millions of pounds of chemical fertilizers sprayed on their feed crops contributes majorly to their toxic load as do other major additives such as beta-angonists (e.g. Ractopamine), antibloat compounds and antiparasitics.\u00a0 Then there are the medicated feed additives such as anti-coccidials, sulfas and antimicrobials as well as the non-medicated additives as well as the non-medicated additives which now include these highly inferior animal-grade supplements: probiotics, enzymes and yeasts. WOW!!!<\/p>\n

In light the US government’s track record in this particular regard over the past 125 years, why would anyone ever trust them to do anything right?\u00a0 Even their new HHS vaccine guidelines fall far short of the mark given how exceedingly dangerous and often deadly the childhood vaccine schedules have proven to be over decades.\u00a0 The Big Pharma-Big Medical-Big Government Complex even had to make up a new crime — Shaken Baby Syndrome<\/em> — by which to falsely accuse innocent parents of murder after their infants or young children died from a massive toxin overload\/vaccine overwhelm\/allergic reaction after a single poisonous and\/or multiple vaccinations were unethically administered to a very sensitive child or tiny infant whose immune system was lethally challenged to the max.<\/p>\n
