One month after the deadline to release all of the Epstein files in the possession of the DOJ, most of the files still have not been released, as required by law, the law that Trump himself signed.<\/p>\n

Attorney Spencer Kuvin, who represents dozens of Epstein\u2019s survivors, has stated that every day these records remain withheld sends a message to the victims that transparency is optional when powerful interests are involved, and that for survivors of Epstein\u2019s abuse, this delay is not procedural \u2013 it is personal.<\/p>\n

The law was clear: Donald Trump\u2019s Department of Justice was required to disclose all investigative files on Jeffrey Epstein by 19 December 2025, with rare exceptions.<\/p>\n

One month after this deadline mandated by Congress\u2019s Epstein Files Transparency Act, however, Trump\u2019s justice department has not complied with this law, prompting questions about when \u2013 and whether \u2013 authorities will ever release investigative documents about the late sex offender.<\/p>\n

Justice department attorneys said in a 5 January Manhattan court filing that they had posted approximately 12,285 to DoJ\u2019s website, equating to some 125,575 pages, under this legislation\u2019s requirements. They said in this same letter that justice department staff had identified \u201cmore than 2 million documents potentially responsive to the Act that are in various phases of review\u201d.<\/p>\n

That these DoJ\u2019s disclosures apparently comprise a drop in the bucket \u2013 and have done little to shed light on how Epstein operated with apparent impunity for years \u2013 has roiled survivors\u2019 advocates and lawmakers. They include attorney Spencer Kuvin, who has represented dozens of Epstein\u2019s survivors.<\/p>\n

One of those alleged victims that has now gone public with his own story, is Iraq war veteran William Sascha Riley.<\/p>\n

Riley claims that shortly after birth he was legally adopted by one of Jeffrey Epstein\u2019s pilots, William Kyle Riley, and then sexually trafficked and sexually abused by several politicians, including President Trump, who he claims he tried to kill, as well as other notable names like Congressman Jim Jordan, and Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas.<\/p>\n
