DIVOC was developed by the eGovernments Foundation to enable countries to issue and distribute tamper-proof COVID-19 vaccination and test result certificates at a large scale.<\/p>\n

DIVOC went live in India in January 2021.\u00a0 Which means it was fully functioning just days after the first COVID-19 ‘vaccines’ were administered in December of 2020.\u00a0 India’s meteoric rollout was then followed by Sri Lanka in July 2021, the Philippines in September 2021, and Jamaica and Indonesia in December 2021.<\/p>\n
