READ HERE:<\/strong> <\/a>We have diligently been talking about Euthanasia, Assisted Suicide, and the culture of death here at TGP<\/a>, as more countries consider adopting these practices, and as the situation in Canada devolves in the predicted hellish way.<\/p>\n

In 2016, when Canada legalized euthanasia or \u2018medical assistance in dying\u2019 (MAiD), it was only meant for those whose death was \u2018reasonably foreseeable.\u2019<\/p>\n

A decade later, doctors have been expressing \u2018grave concerns\u2019 over the loosening of the requirements that means patients are now requesting \u2014 and receiving \u2014 euthanasia because they were obese, grieving, or poor \u2013 and what\u2019s worse, whatever safeguards still exist are being ignored.<\/p>\n

Not to mention when doctors or medical staff\u00a0push MAiD on people who don\u2019t want it<\/a>.<\/p>\n

A new damaging report out of Canada alleges that, out of many hundreds of violations of the euthanasia law, not a single one of them has been reported to law enforcement.<\/p>\n

CNA<\/a>\u00a0reported:<\/p>\n

\u201cAlexander Raikin, a visiting fellow in bioethics at the Ethics and Public Policy Center, wrote in the New Atlantis on Monday that since 2018 \u2018euthanasia regulators\u2019 in Ontario have identified over 400 \u2018issues with compliance\u2019 with the country\u2019s medical aid in dying (MAID) law.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

The breaches of the regulations include \u2018determining a suicidal patient\u2019s eligibility for the program\u2019 and \u2018making sure patients do not suffer any additional abuse\u2019.<\/p>\n

\u201cOntario Chief Coroner Dr. Dirk Huyer [\u2026] \u2018identified hundreds of \u2018issues with compliance\u2019 with the criminal law and regulatory policies\u2019 of MAID without having moved to prosecute any of the offenders. Of the more than 400 violations, just four cases were reported to a regulatory body, while \u2018all others were deemed lower-level offenses, and not a single case was reported to the police\u2019.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Canada\u2019s Euthanasia Prevention Coalition called it \u2018a cover-up of mammoth proportions\u2019.<\/p>\n

Assisted suicide is booming in the country, to the point where in 2022, 13,241 \u2018MAID provisions\u2019 were reported, accounting for 4.1% of all deaths.<\/p>\n

And it\u2019s only going to get worse.<\/p>\n

\u201cActivists have regularly pushed to expand MAID, including allowing individuals to obtain lethal drugs if they are suffering from a mental illness. Quebec recently began allowing individuals to be euthanized even when they are incapable of giving consent.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Jack Fonseca, from Canada\u2019s Campaign Life Coalitio says the report is \u2018a serious indictment of the chief coroner\u2019s office\u2019.<\/p>\n

\u201c\u2019This report brings to light for the first time some essential and illuminating data on the number of illegal euthanasia killings taking place in Canada, and especially in Ontario\u2019, he said.<\/em><\/p>\n

Fonseca said that when euthanasia was first legalized in Canada, \u2018we warned that it would expand rapidly until everyone who wanted to be killed by the state could be killed, and that none of the promised safeguards would protect the vulnerable. This report proves us right\u2019, he said.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
