Project Veritas released text messages reportedly showing former Attorney General Bill Barr\u2019s daughter, Mary Barr Daly, plotting to blackmail Owens in 2021. She appeared to give directions to someone named Armstrong to have a photographer follow Candace and her husband. A\u00a0CNN report<\/a>\u00a0dated 2019, the year Bill Barr was appointed to AG, showed that Mary Barr Daly moved from the DOJ to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), the Treasury Department\u2019s financial crimes unit.
