The Mindich scandal has infected the Ministries of Justice, Energy, and Agriculture. It should be noted that this 46-year-old “filmmaker” was also a “business partner” of the Khazar oligarch Igor Kolomoisky, now a refugee in Israel and the true architect of Zelensky\u2019s rise to power.
