The clause states, “nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb”

Now, I guess Congress could argue that declaring Trump “disqualified” is not putting him in jeopardy of life or limb, but it does not address the issue of there being a complete lack of ANY conviction for “insurrection.”

Trump was never criminally charged for “insurrection.” He was politically Impeached and was Acquitted at “TRIAL” in the Senate. I believe that TRIAL protects Trump from being “Disqualified” but again, I’m not a lawyer, so I don’t know.

Yet one wonders what is going through the mind of a sitting Congressman that he would dare even consider directly challenging the Sovereign power of the people of the United States?

The fact that he even went so far as to publicly mention this is simply astonishing to me. Unfathomable!

So folks in the United States should be aware that there is apparently a plan afoot in Congress, to defy American voters if President Trump is re-elected in today’s election.

In 1787, America’s Founding Fathers foresaw a potential situation wherein the Representatives of the people “betray their Constituents.” Their advice from 1787 seems relevant to this situation, today.

After the Revolutionary War, the Founding Fathers crafted what is now our Constitution. In order to keep the then-citizens informed about what they were creating, the Founding Fathers published a series of political letters referred to as the “Federalist Papers.”

One of those Founding Fathers was a man named Alexander Hamilton. He’s not some arcane minor player. He’s the guy whose image is on the front of the $10 bills in your pocket or wallet. An image of a $10 bill appears below:

When the Founding Fathers wrote the Federalist Papers, they numbered them. Federalist 28 was written by Hamilton and, in Paragraph 6, he addresses the potential REMEDY for betrayal by elected federal Representatives.

Hamilton wrote:

“If the representatives of the people betray their constituents, there is then no resource left but in the exertion of that original right of self-defense which is paramount to all positive forms of government, . . The citizens must rush tumultuously to arms, without concert, without system, without resource; except in their courage and despair.”

So on the one hand, it **SEEMS** like Congressman Raskin and others in Congress are planning to betray the American people and that he KNOWS it will create “CIVIL WAR CONDITIONS.”

On the other hand, among our nation’s most-treasured Historical Documents, the Federalist Papers, the Founding Fathers told us what should be done if a Representative betrays their constituents.

This **seems** to me to be a recipe for real trouble in the very near future.

Let me say explicitly, that I personally have absolutely no intention AT ALL of starting any “civil war” or harming anyone. Having suffered a Myocardial Infarction heart attack on April 19, 2019, and then undergoing open heart surgery to get four by-passes of clogged heart arteries, I was not in such good shape after that.

Seventeen months later, On October 23/24, 2020, two of the four bypasses clogged with blood clots, causing me to go into Myocardial Infarction AGAIN! That second heart attack. . . . . . . was WAAAAAAAAAAY worse than the first.

When it was all said and done, my Cardiologist told me I had “the heart function of a 90 year old man.” He told me it would get better, and it has, but I have never been the same since then. I am in no shape to go to war with anyone. Heck, walking up my driveway to get the mail sends me huffing and puffing! War? Out of the question for me.

For others, though, Civil War may not be out of the question. Which brings us to some factual information.

From various sources, it is estimated that there are about 100 Million law-abiding gun owners in the United States, who, according to AMMO.com possess approximately 500 MILLION firearms. (Direct link to AMMO.com report HERE)

In addition, the armed forces of the United States consist of about two million active duty members.

If only ten percent (10%) of those civilian American gun owners decided to confront the federal government, armed Americans would outnumber the entire Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, and Space force by five to one (5:1).

Given the fact that about half of our armed forces are either stationed outside the country, or presently deployed to Europe over the Russia-Ukraine situation, and also deployed in the Middle East over the Israel-Iran situation, Armed Americans would outnumber any remaining troops by a far greater number.

Moreover, many of those active-duty troops, would not fire upon their fellow citizens and many would likely side with their American Brothers if a Civil War erupted.

So frankly, the federal government . . . . . . wouldn’t stand a chance against the American public.

Yet, Congressman Raskin arrogantly and brazenly said he feels there will be “Civil War conditions” here in the US. Maybe this is why the Biden regime allowed tens of thousands of military-age men from China and elsewhere, across our Southern Border illegally? Maybe they’ve been planning to use THOSE MEN against their fellow American citizens?

No rational person wants a Civil War. I certainly don’t.

But if Civil War is thrust upon the American people, it’s good to know that the American people outnumber (and out-gun) the federal government – considerably.

Prepare yourselves, folks. It seems the Congress is planning what Congressman Raskin openly called “Civil War.”

I don’t want to see that, and I know none of my readers or radio listeners want it either. But from the sound of things in the video above, guys like Congressman Raskin seem to have exactly such plans, in January, 2025, just two short months from now.

___
https://halturnerradioshow.com/index.php/news-selections/national-news/u-s-congressman-declare-trump-disqualified-then-need-body-guards-for-civil-war-conditions

[1

post-3861","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-uncategorized
["GET
