Understanding the presumptive mechanics of the killing is a far more effective way of linking the execution operation to such an organization than merely providing a compelling rationale for why they would have had a motive, which was what the\u00a0The Grayzone<\/i>\u00a0essentially did, without having addressed any operational details. Since I have not seen the technical aspects widely covered, I will summarize the rationale here, including excerpts from my recent comments at this site.<\/p>\n

The initial ten points establish that the projectile that exited at Kirk\u2019s throat came from a device behind him and the second set of ten points list the components of that device. It is a reasonable assumption that the guy with brown shirt and open plaid cloth jacket had simultaneously triggered that another device beneath Kirk as he shot from his palm gun in the first row.<\/p>\n

The following evidence (ten points) was already easily available on the Internet before these hunters expressed their opinions:<\/p>\n

\u2022 The round dot at Kirk\u2019s throat appeared after the initial forward jerking of his head.
\n\u2022 The dot then enlarged and expelled clumps of brain material outward and downward.
\n\u2022 The nature of the outward flow is consistent with a hit to the back of Kirk\u2019s head.
\n\u2022 An entry wound at the top rear of Kirk\u2019s head was discernible in a video afterwards.
\n\u2022 There were no shooters positioned behind and above Kirk, only a peculiar device.
\n\u2022 The device had a short barrel mounted above a camera and a pipe connected to a box.
\n\u2022 No visible flash came from the muzzle of the short barrel prior to Kirk\u2019s being hit.
\n\u2022 Kirk\u2019s violently fluttering T-shirt is consistent with a sudden blast of fast moving air.
\n\u2022 Direction of ejected brain, dot, entry wound, and barrel align in a straight trajectory.
\n\u2022 A valve at the barrel to release compressed gas must have been activated remotely.<\/p>\n

The entire device would have contained the following ten functional components within an integrated system to allow precise beam targeting and remote activation of the projectile:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Short barrel, presumably 5.56mm (22 caliber)
\n\u2022 Spring loaded high speed gas release valve
\n\u2022 Compressed gas storage canister
\n\u2022 Metal piping between gas reservoir and valve
\n\u2022 Customized metallic projectile at the barrel
\n\u2022 Infra red targeting beam parallel to barrel
\n\u2022 Camera with infra red image sensors
\n\u2022 Image broadcasting signal transmitter
\n\u2022 Signal receiver for remote shot triggering
\n\u2022 Electro-mechanical valve activator<\/p>\n

I had assumed that imaging processing software would have corrected for the offset between the bore axis of the barrel and the parallel infra red beam of laser projector, based on distance sensor data. However, a more interesting possibility, which is also technically feasible, would have been to integrate the functionality of the infra red laser module with that of the projectile.<\/p>\n

For instance, the Taiwanese company\u00a0Quarton<\/i>, which delivers customized lasers to the high tech industry, has a small laser device, made of steel, with a diameter of only 7mm and a length of 21mm, which is depicted in the image below; it can produce a 3mm beam with a spot size of 6\u00b11mm at a distance of 5m:<\/p>\n

A slightly modified version would not require wires to an energy source but could contain a small diameter button battery. The front portion would be tapered to a sharp edge in order to easily penetrate the skull and exit at a relatively short distance. The technical details are here:<\/p>\n

I am not claiming that this particular laser device was used to shoot Kirk but am merely explaining that a customized projectile I had previously mentioned could have served this dual purpose. It would surely be possible to produce an equivalent laser device with even smaller diameter and integrated battery. Prior field testing and calibration would have confirmed the necessary combination of barrel length and gas pressure loading.<\/p>\n

In summary, it cannot be ruled out that Kirk was actually shot from the back by an infra red laser beam projector, This could explain the conspicuous shiny dot at the top of his head in one of the video frames I had commented on (September 28, 2025 at 10:30 am GMT).<\/p>\n
