{"id":37100,"date":"2025-10-13T11:38:24","date_gmt":"2025-10-13T15:38:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stateofthenation.info\/?p=37100"},"modified":"2025-10-13T11:40:36","modified_gmt":"2025-10-13T15:40:36","slug":"flashback-lawyer-suing-gates-bourla-schwab-over-covid-vaccine-injuries-arrested-and-imprisoned-in-netherlands","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stateofthenation.info\/?p=37100","title":{"rendered":"FLASHBACK: Lawyer Suing Gates, Bourla, Schwab Over Covid Vaccine Injuries Arrested and Imprisoned in Netherlands"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!--more--><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/stateofthenation.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/vankessel34.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-37104\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stateofthenation.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/vankessel34.jpg 800w, https:\/\/stateofthenation.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/vankessel34-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/stateofthenation.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/vankessel34-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Arno Van Kessel was reportedly blindfolded during late-night paramilitary home raid one month before case was set to go to trial.<\/h3>\n<p>by Adan Salazar<br \/>\nInfowars<\/p>\n<p><strong>A Dutch lawyer leading a lawsuit against billionaire Bill Gates, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla and World Economic Forum chair Klaus Schwab over Coronavirus policies and Covid-19 vaccine injuries was arrested last month and thrown in prison as the trial was set to get underway.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Reports state attorney Arno van Kessel, who was representing the case alongside attorney Peter Stassen, was brutally arrested during a late-night raid at his home in Leeuwarden on June 11, with police accusing him and others of terrorism.<\/p>\n<p>Van Kessel was \u201cblindfolded, taken by military police, and is now being held in a maximum-security facility \u2014 without charges, and without access to his legal team or family,\u201d according to <em><a href=\"https:\/\/thepeoplesvoice.tv\/dutch-lawyer-prosecuting-bill-gates-arrested-facing-euthanazia-over-conspiracy-theories\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The People\u2019s Voice TV<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Dutch newspaper <em><a href=\"https:\/\/deanderekrant.nl\/arno-van-kessel-en-aantal-soevereinen-met-veel-machtsvertoon-opgepakt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">De Andere Krant<\/a><\/em> described the nature of the lawsuit, writing, \u201cThese cases revolve around the central questions of whether the coronavirus policy is part of the globalist reform agenda \u2018the Great Reset\u2019 and whether the COVID-19 vaccine is a bioweapon.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSkeptics suspect that linking Van Kessel to a criminal organization is intended to damage his reputation, which is intended to ensure that the substance of these cases is glossed over,\u201d continued <em>De Andere Krant<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Others named in the lawsuit include former Dutch prime minister and current NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, Dutch former housing and health minister Hugo de Jonge, and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.<\/p>\n<p>With has partner behind bars, Stassen showed up at the Leeuwarden District Court on July 9 and spoke \u201con behalf of seven coronavirus vaccination victims\u2014one of whom died last year,\u201d <em>De Andere Krant<\/em> reported, noting Van Kessel\u2019s wife Helena was also present.<\/p>\n<p>Outside the courthouse several demonstrators showed up demanding the attorney\u2019s release.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Dutch lawyer short shrifts \u2018preferential reality\u2019 in lawsuit against Rutte, Gates, Bourla, a.o.\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/FERzV4ntsoo?feature=oembed\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<p>Stassen reportedly delivered a \u201cfiery closing argument\u201d at trial.<\/p>\n<p>Via <em><a href=\"https:\/\/deanderekrant.nl\/advocaat-peter-stassen-doet-zonder-arno-van-kessel-moreel-appel-op-rechter\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">De Andere Krant<\/a><\/em>:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>The Eindhoven-based lawyer called the coronavirus vaccination programs \u201cthe greatest genocide of humanity ever. An unprecedented crime accompanied by coercion, deception, and even murder\u201d and made a moral appeal to the judge. \u201cIf you, as a judge, reject our request to hear these witnesses, which I doubt you will, then the blood already on the defendants\u2019 hands will soon be on yours as well. This case must become a public debate that can only be resolved in court. Politics has already proven that it cannot do that. Now the court must show its worth.
