<\/p>\nAn investigative report has provided further solid evidence of Microsoft\u2019s ongoing collaboration with the Israeli regime towards further empowerment of Tel Aviv\u2019s deadly ambitions for Palestinians.<\/p>\n

The bombshell investigation revealed that Unit 8200, the Israeli military\u2019s notorious cyber-intelligence arm, has been storing millions of intercepted Palestinian phone calls on Microsoft\u2019s Azure cloud servers in Europe since at least 2022.<\/p>\n
The surveillance apparatus, which captures calls \u201cby the million each hour,\u201d is fueled by a staggering trove of data housed primarily in the Netherlands and Ireland, the probe found.<\/p>\n
It monitors Palestinian life in microscopic detail, from the Gaza Strip\u2019s bomb-scarred neighborhoods to every corner of the occupied West Bank, the daily showed.<\/p>\n
One insider, meanwhile, described a rising eagerness among Israeli officials, who see this system as the bedrock of \u201clong-term control\u201d in Gaza as the stored data continues to inform operations, despite telecoms destruction across the Palestinian territory.<\/p>\n
Officers sifted through intercepted calls made near bombing targets to justify airstrikes in heavily populated civilian areas.<\/p>\n
As one insider put it, \u201cWhen they need to arrest someone and there isn\u2019t a good enough reason to do so, that\u2019s where they find the excuse.\u201d<\/p>\n
The cloud deal: Protected by corporate deniability<\/strong><\/p>\n In late 2021, Unit 8200\u2019s former commander, Yossi Sariel, met Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella at the company\u2019s headquarters.<\/p>\n The topic focused on migrating Israeli military data, including surveillance targeting Palestinians, to Microsoft\u2019s cloud.<\/p>\n Sariel promised it would \u201csolve our problems in the Palestinian arena.\u201d<\/p>\n Despite public claims of ignorance, Microsoft engineers were found to have helped build protective \u201csecurity layers\u201d around the intercepted data.<\/p>\n Internal communications have shown that Nadella described the partnership as \u201ccritical\u201d and pledged corporate resources to support the effort. One senior Israeli source also said Sariel \u201cbragged a lot\u201d about his ties to the tech CEO.<\/p>\n By mid-2025, the partnership had enabled the storage of over 11,500 terabytes, equivalent to 200 million hours, of Israeli military audio surveillance on Azure servers.<\/p>\n Unit 8200 reportedly planned to shift 70% of its total data, including classified material, to Microsoft\u2019s platform.<\/p>\n Total control through AI, \u201cnoisy messages\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n The investigation further revealed Microsoft\u2019s irrefutable contribution to Unit 8200\u2019s desire to expand as far as it could so it can monitor \u201ceveryone, all the time.\u201d<\/p>\n Towards the purpose, the company lent the unit its AI-driven tools such as \u201cnoisy message,\u201d which scanned texts for supposedly suspicious language and rated potential threats algorithmically.<\/p>\n One insider, meanwhile, described a rising eagerness among Israeli officials, who see this system as the bedrock of \u201clong-term control\u201d in Gaza.<\/p>\n Microsoft\u2019s technology has already contributed significantly to the regime\u2019s October 2023-present war of genocide on the coastal sliver that has claimed the lives of more than 61,000 Palestinians, mostly women and children.<\/p>\n Profit over principle<\/strong><\/p>\n For Microsoft, the surveillance partnership reportedly promised \u201chundreds of millions of dollars\u201d in future revenue.<\/p>\n It was rated as a \u201cbrand moment\u201d that could vault Azure to the top of global cloud wars.<\/p>\n Outsmarted by resistance<\/strong><\/p>\n Despite its monumental dimensions, the collaboration failed to preempt Gaza-based resistance fighters\u2019 historic October 2023 operation against the occupied Palestinian territories.<\/p>\n The operation led to ensnarement of hundreds of Zionists, which the regime used as an excuse to launch the genocide.<\/p>\n Sariel quietly resigned, taking the fall for what he called Unit 8200\u2019s \u201cintelligence and operational failure.\u201d<\/p>\n This investigation is far from the first one to expose the indispensable nature of American tech giants\u2019 contribution to the regime\u2019s regional atrocities.<\/p>\n
