READ HERE:<\/strong><\/a> In a scathing attack against India\u2019s independence and its time-tested and historic relations with Russia, British newspaper The Telegraph described the South Asian country as \u201can enemy, not a friend nor a neutral.\u201d The British establishment newspaper is frustrated that its former colony pursues an independent path and is increasingly becoming a global player, while Britain continues to decline in relevance on the international stage and falls into greater poverty.<\/p>\n

Former British Royal Navy Commander and leadership mentor for the Nautical Institute, Tom Sharpe, stated in his article that India is \u201cundermining efforts to choke Russia\u2019s war chest\u201d and criticized \u201cNew Delhi\u2019s unhelpful practices around illegal Russian oil are rapidly increasing.\u201d<\/p>\n

The author complains that \u201cIndia\u2019s trade in Russian oil reeks of duplicity\u201d because Indian refineries are processing discounted crude. \u201cBy actively engaging with this trade, New Delhi flouts global rules, reaping economic rewards while feigning neutrality. The government\u2019s coy silence on sanctioned oil flowing through Indian ports betrays a calculated dodge of accountability.\u201d<\/p>\n
