In the beginning of his second term (2024), President Donald Trump predicted that he would be remembered as a \u2018peacemaker and unifier<\/span><\/a> \u2018 suggesting on Inauguration Day that \u201cOur power will stop all wars and bring a new spirit of unity to a world that has been angry, violent and totally unpredictable\u201d <\/i>and that Americans will know\u00a0<\/span><\/i> \u201csuccess by wars that we end and the wars we never get into.\u201d\u00a0 <\/span><\/i>Prior to the election, Trump promised to be a \u2018peace president<\/i><\/span><\/a>\u201d who would promptly shut down the war in Ukraine.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span>Yet, to date, none of those peace aspirations have found a privileged place in the Trump Administration. \u00a0 <\/span>Within weeks of his inauguration, his administration began a month long\u00a0 <\/span>series of unsuccessful, unprovoked attacks<\/span><\/a> on the Houthis in Yemen just as Trump never rebuked Israel for their unconscionable genocide on the Palestinians. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Rather than a peace candidate, Trump\u2019s anti interventionist speechifying has proven contrary to his earlier bombast, now exposed openly as a Zionist supporter of Israel\u2019s unprecedented stunning attacks on Iran. \u00a0 <\/span>Most appalling has been the revelation of Trump\u2019s flip-flop and use of diplomacy as a deceptive tactic to convince the Iranians he was in earnest, in search of peace while, at the same time, working behind the scenes on behalf of Netanyahu\u2019s surprise war on Iran.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n For weeks, Trump played a treacherous game that he was \u2018negotiating<\/i>\u2019 with Iran fomenting a pretense of whether Iran should be allowed to enrich uranium in order to allow for commercial nuclear production. \u00a0 <\/span>In reality, Trump was stalling, behind the scenes, as Netanyahu organized details of the illegal Israeli attack.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n While internationally known war criminal, Israel Prime Minister Netanyahu has claimed that Iran has been building a nuclear weapon since the early 1990\u2019s, the truth is that the nuclear issue is a non-starter as cause for the current crisis.\u00a0 <\/span>It is generally accepted that Netanyahu\u2019s real intent of the war is \u2018regime change\u2019 <\/i>which in the past, has been used effectively to reduce a large independent country like Iran, broken into smaller parts of its former self, not unlike the fate of Yugoslavia in 1990, as better able to control and influence the geo political reality on one world government.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n As a complex country of a 90 million population with diverse ethnicities, it might be believed that regime change would sufficiently fragment the millennial Iranian culture and break up Iran from being a large powerful country into a series of less threatening and more chaotic nation states.\u00a0 <\/span>US President Donald Trump has dared to suggest that the assassination of Supreme Leader Khomeini might be desirable in order to introduce a level of chaos and fragmentation.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Upon the early morning hours on June 13<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span>, there might have been an expectation that assassinations of Iran\u2019s core leadership class and several of its nuclear scientists might have substantially shaken Iran\u2019s political system; severely alarmed the country\u2019s Supreme Leader Khomeini to disengage from any meaningful opposition or to acquiesce to Israel\u2019s unprovoked attack rather than protect its geopolitical sovereignty. \u00a0 <\/span>While the Israeli\u2019s dealt a massive blow to Iran\u2019s geopolitical culture and its millennial thousand year history, the country\u2019s citizens\u00a0 <\/span>pushed against the possibility that Operation Rising Lion<\/span><\/a> would break the spirit of the country, that the assassination of Khomeini would surely lead to a collapse of the popular will, a breakdown that would fracture the essence of the country, striking at the country\u2019s leadership as Israel did in its first early morning strike.<\/span><\/p>\n ***<\/span><\/p>\n Soon after the early morning hours of Israel\u2019s attack, Trump openly confessed<\/span><\/a> his complicity with Israel revealing that he \u2018always knew\u2019<\/i> details of the planned attack.\u00a0 <\/span>In a display of braggadocio, Trump revealed \u201cI always knew the date for the attack<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0 <\/span>Because I know everything. I know everything. I know everything<\/i>.\u201d \u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/p>\n Within hours of the first attack which occurred while Iranians were asleep, Trump sent a Truth Social post: \u201cI gave Iran chance after chance to make a deal.\u00a0 <\/span>I told them in strongest terms; \u2018just do it\u2026\u2019\u00a0 <\/span>that the US makes the best and most lethal military equipment in the world, BY FAR, and that Israel has a lot of it \u2013 with much more to come.\u00a0 <\/span>There has already been great death and destruction but there is still time to make this slaughter, with the next planned attacks being even more brutal; come to an end.\u201d\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/p>\n Referring to Iranians who were negotiating with the US, Trump continued \u201ccertain hardliners spoke bravely but they didn\u2019t know what was about to happen; They are all DEAD now and it will get only worse.\u00a0 <\/span>Iran must make a deal.\u201d\u00a0 <\/span><\/i>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n In response to the lethal onslaught, Trump told ABC News that \u201cI <\/i>think it\u2019s been excellent<\/i><\/span><\/a>.\u00a0 <\/span>They got hit hard, very hard. And there\u2019s more to coming; a lot more<\/i>.\u201d\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Yet, at the same time, Trump\u00a0 <\/span>changed his tune: \u201cthe US <\/i>had nothing<\/i><\/span><\/a> to do with the attack on Iran tonight.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/p>\n In response to a question whether his Administration would be joining Israel in an attack on Iran, the President told<\/span><\/a> Rachel Scott, ABC News reporter \u201cWe\u2019re not involved in it. It\u2019s possible we could get involved. But we are not at this moment involved<\/i>.\u201d \u00a0 <\/span>Trump went on to tell Scott that \u2018we will have peace, soon, between Israel and Iran.\u00a0 <\/span>I do a lot but never get credit for anything.\u201d<\/i> \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n In addition, on June 14<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>a Truth Social<\/span><\/a> post informed that \u201cThe US had nothing to do with the attack tonight<\/i>.\u201d \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Confirming US role<\/a><\/span> in Israel\u2019s attack on Iran, Trump said \u201cwe now have total and complete control of the skies over Iran\u201d <\/i>demanding\u00a0 <\/span>an \u201cunconditional surrender<\/i><\/span><\/a>\u201d while warning Tehran<\/span><\/a>\u2019s 10 million residents to evacuate and that Supreme Leader Khamenei\u2019s hideaway was not a secret.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n With the usual hubris<\/span><\/a>, Trump refuted MAGA criticism of his support for Israel\u2019s attack at the same time his Presidential favorability<\/span><\/a> continued to drop.\u00a0 <\/span>He describes himself as the originator of MAGA (Make America Great Again) taking credit for its success, insisting that he alone will decide MAGA actions, ostensibly whether MAGA supports the US war on Iran. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n In response to Oval Office reporters, Trump confirmed that\u00a0 <\/span>\u2018my supporters are for me\u2026my supporters are America First; they make America great again. My supporters don\u2019t want to see Iran have a nuclear weapon<\/i>.\u201d \u00a0 <\/span>Current polls however have challenged the President\u2019s assumption of widespread MAGA support for war against Iran. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n All of the above begs the question of whether Trump has the necessary mojo to be the activist peace President that many Americans anticipated.<\/span><\/p>\n The truth is that Trump is being duped by Israel Prime Minister Netanyahu to protect his own butt and by his billionaire Zionist campaign donors to guarantee US military support, funding and participation in Israel\u2019s war against Iran.\u00a0 <\/span>The President is holding off on a final decision to bomb Iran<\/span><\/a> in order to provide Iran with time to \u2018make a deal.\u2019<\/i>\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n If there is anyone besides US President Donald Trump who believes that the US attack on Iran\u2019s Fordow underground nuclear facility will be quick and dirty; that is, fairly straightforward, in and out and over before the dust settles —\u00a0 <\/span>there may be a series of\u00a0 <\/span>unexpected glitches awaiting.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n ***<\/span><\/p>\n Already on the edge of a financial abyss before Israel\u2019s\u00a0 <\/span>attack on Iran,\u00a0 <\/span>it will come as no surprise that a US strike on Iran, as a massive producer of petroleum, can be expected to precipitate an economic crisis<\/span><\/a> threatening Trump\u2019s planned economic recovery among other potential dastardly impacts. \u00a0 <\/span>Iran produced 3.3 million barrels a day and exports 2 million barrels daily with a net oil export revenue in 2023 of $53 billion.\u00a0 <\/span>While the current price of crude oil is currently $75 per gallon, Kirk Elliott, PhD economist<\/span><\/a>, predicts that even the \u201cperception of conflict<\/i>\u201d in Iran will be detrimental to economic stability.\u00a0 <\/span>Anticipating an immediate oil price immediately rise<\/span><\/a> to $130\/gallon can be expected while increasing inflation 5% while increasing interest rates.\u00a0 <\/span>The Iranians control the Straits of Hormuz which sees 20 million\/barrels pass daily through the Straits as 20% of the world\u2019s oil petroleum consumption passes daily through Hormuz – all of which can be expected to negatively affect Trump\u2019s planned economic agenda. Especially if any potential domestic trauma like regime change forces Iran to attack US aircraft carriers with the potential of 5,000 Marines on board. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Globalists can be expected to take advantage of every challenging factor that will negatively affect the price of crude oil in an effort to derail Trump\u2019s economic agenda. The longer it takes the US to complete its belligerent goal in Iran, the higher and faster the price per gallon will zoom in a vertical direction. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n In addition, as the US increases its full war mode, Mr. Powell\u2019s persistence in maintaining interest rates may be sufficiently uncooperative to totally destroy President Trump\u2019s cherished economic recovery.\u00a0 <\/span>Surely, the President\u2019s advisors have considered all the economic implications of war on Iran and factored them in to break the news that a recession may be on the horizon with the possibility of a historic depression in the wings.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n One may recall that the US adventure in Afghanistan cost the country a conservative estimate of $3 trillion with the cost of the war in Iraq at $1.5 Trillion. \u00a0 <\/span>Given the nature of the country\u2019s current $37 Trillion debt, all numbers are predictably speculative.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n It would wise for the Trump Administration to plan for the worse and hope for the best. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n ***<\/span><\/p>\n In the face of DNI Director Tulsi Gabbard\u2019s\u00a0 <\/span>March 25<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span> Senate testimony\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/a> that \u201cThe IC continues to assess that Iran is not building a nuclear weapon and Supreme Leader Khamenei has not authorized the nuclear weapons program that he suspended in 2003,\u201d<\/i>\u00a0 <\/span>Trump\u2019s\u00a0 <\/span>\u201cI don\u2019t care what she said<\/i><\/span><\/a>\u00a0 <\/span>response was challenged by the IAEA\u00a0 <\/span>(International Atomic Energy Agency<\/span><\/a>). \u00a0 <\/span>Responsible for monitoring nuclear plants which reported destruction at the Natanz site constituted a UN Charter violation, violations of international law\u00a0 <\/span>and of the IAEA.\u00a0 <\/span>IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi further reported that the agency\u00a0 <\/span>\u201cdid not have any proof of a systematic effort (by Iran) to move toward a nuclear weapon<\/i>. “<\/span><\/p>\n When reporters asked Trump about Gabbard\u2019s Senate testimony that there was no Intelligence confirming Iran of seeking a nuclear weapon, Trump dismissed Gabbard\u2019s assessment.\u00a0 <\/span>\u201cI don\u2019t care what she said<\/i><\/span><\/a>.\u00a0 <\/span>I think they were very close to having one.<\/i>\u201d\u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>On Air Force One recently, Trump further responded that \u201cJust because Iran is not building a nuclear weapon right now, doesn\u2019t mean they aren\u2019t \u2018very close<\/i>.\u2019\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n More recently the President asked \u201cWell, who in the intelligence community said that?\u201d \u00a0 <\/span>When the response was\u00a0 <\/span>Gabbard, Trump replied, \u00a0 <\/span>\u201cthen my intelligence community is wrong. She\u2019s wrong.\u201d<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n Gabbard along with Defense Secretary Pete\u00a0 <\/span>Hegseth were both not invited<\/span><\/a>\u00a0 <\/span>to attend a foreign policy meeting on Sunday to discuss the\u00a0 <\/span>US response to\u00a0 <\/span>the Iran \u2013 Israel conflict.\u00a0 <\/span>In other words, Trump believes he does not require an Intel assessment but believes the hype of whatever he is being told by those with an alternative agenda that does not support his proposed MAGA agenda; preferring to maintain an open door for an unconstitutional military strike in violation of international law. \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n In an interview with Max Blumental of the Grayzone, Dr. Foad Izadi, professor at University of Tehran confirmed the duplicity of Trump\u2019s<\/span><\/a> active participation in an attempt to lull Iran into believing that negotiations regarding enrichment of nuclear material was legitimate. \u00a0 <\/span>After a month of extensive planning, Trump\u2019s negotiating with Iran has been compared to \u201ca con man doing a con job<\/i>\u201d saying publicly he was interested in \u201cmaking a deal<\/i>\u201d with Iran.\u00a0 <\/span>Yet days before Israel\u2019s attack, Trump was hyping\u00a0 <\/span>\u2018give diplomacy a chance\u2019<\/i> and \u2019negotiations were going well\u2019<\/i>\u00a0 <\/span>all the while aware of Israel\u2019s imminent planned attack.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n After leaving the G7 meeting early, Trump denied Macron\u2019s mention of pursuing a ceasefire when he responded.\u00a0 <\/span>\u201cHe has no idea why I am now on my way to Washington but it certainly has nothing to do with a ceasefire.
