It\u2019s about reputational warfare being waged through digital proxies and foreign surrogates\u2014against citizens, institutions, and even officials who dare to speak truth in inconvenient times.<\/p>\n This week, my legal team<\/strong>\u2014responsible for some of the most impactful health freedom victories during the COVID era\u2014refiled and expanded<\/strong>\u00a0a federal civil rights lawsuit against the powerful entities behind one of the most coordinated censorship and defamation campaigns in modern history. Filed in the\u00a0Middle District of Florida<\/strong>, the case names:<\/p>\n This isn\u2019t just about me.<\/strong>\u00a0It\u2019s about the\u00a0weaponization of reputation<\/strong>\u2014as a tool of fear, exile, and enforced silence. The naming of officials from the current administration reflects the formal legal framework, not an equivalency of action or responsibility)<\/p>\n In 2021, CCDH released its infamous\u00a0Disinformation Dozen<\/strong>\u00a0report\u2014an ideologically driven hit piece that accused twelve individuals, including myself, of being responsible for the majority of so-called \u201cCOVID misinformation\u201d online.<\/p>\n It wasn\u2019t peer-reviewed. Imran Ahmed<\/strong>\u00a0publicly stated that I\u00a0\u201cprofit from causing death.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n That slanderous statement\u2014and the broader disinformation campaign around it\u2014was uncritically adopted by tech companies, major media, and U.S. government officials. The impact was immediate and severe:<\/p>\n But the trauma didn\u2019t stop there.<\/strong><\/p>\n The stigma created by the CCDH\u2019s narrative didn\u2019t end with me. It\u00a0cast a long, chilling shadow across the lives and livelihoods of people around me<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Several longtime colleagues and advocates of my work quietly severed ties, canceled collaborations, and erased all public association.<\/strong>\u00a0One refused to promote an event we were both featured in\u2014explicitly citing fear of my presence on the same flyer. Another ended a years-long partnership with no explanation. This wasn\u2019t disagreement. It was reputational fear\u2014deliberately engineered\u00a0<\/strong>to isolate and punish.<\/p>\n But the most disturbing development was this:<\/p>\n The very same CCDH report used to justify my blacklisting in the United States was cited in proceedings abroad\u2014in the United Kingdom\u2014initiated in April, 2023, where I was neither named as a party, nor served, nor informed, nor given any opportunity to respond.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n This extrajudicial invocation of defamatory material\u2014outside the jurisdiction of U.S. protections and without adherence to due process<\/strong>\u2014is a clear abuse of procedural integrity.<\/p>\n Not only was I denied the most basic right of reply, but this discredited report appears to have been used\u00a0to blacken the reputation of another<\/strong>, based solely on alleged association with me.<\/p>\n This is not speculation. This is\u00a0documented reputational transference<\/strong>\u2014a guilt-by-association tactic that weaponizes falsehoods through legal theater,\u00a0without scrutiny or remedy (Note: my UK legal counsel is documenting the evidence and preparing to file a complaint if necessary).<\/strong><\/p>\n Let this serve as formal notice to any and all colluding parties\u2014including tech platforms, media entities, and\u00a0Wikipedia editors<\/a>\u00a0and contributors\u2014that the continued use or dissemination of the Disinformation Dozen report, or any derivative material used to defame my character, malign my work, or insinuate guilt by association, constitutes a live and evolving tortious offense.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n This applies to:<\/p>\n There is long-standing legal precedent in both U.S. and international law that:<\/p>\n To those continuing to platform or echo this misinformation: We are no longer operating in a vacuum of impunity. Beyond algorithmic suppression and digital blacklisting, a more insidious tactic has been observed\u2014the weaponization of public appearances, affiliations, and proximity.<\/strong><\/p>\n There is increasing concern that\u00a0photographs of me attending lawful public events (including my recent White House visit<\/a>)<\/strong>\u2014sometimes simply standing near others\u2014have been observed, compiled, and in some cases used inappropriately to craft a\u00a0false narrative of guilt by association.<\/strong><\/p>\n If such tactics are being used\u2014including any instance\u00a0where images of me in public spaces alongside high-profile figures<\/strong>\u2014including individuals serving in federal leadership capacities\u2014may be misrepresented to suggest wrongful conduct or conspiratorial alignment<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014then this would represent a\u00a0serious breach of legal and ethical boundaries<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Such use would violate:<\/p>\n To imply criminality or reputational risk based on proximity\u2014especially involving a senior U.S. government official\u2014is not only unethical, but potentially a violation of domestic and international law.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n The 171-page federal complaint filed in the Middle District of Florida includes the following relevant allegations:<\/p>\n \u201cDefendants created databases, compiled lists, tracked the online activities of Americans based on political viewpoints, and identified them for censorship and punishment.\u201d \u201cThis digital surveillance of American citizens engaged in constitutionally protected speech was not incidental\u2014it was systemic.\u201d \u201cThe U.S. State Department coordinated with foreign governments and media to promote CCDH\u2019s false claims\u2014creating reputational harm across jurisdictions.\u201d These tactics, if in use, constitute:<\/p>\n Let this serve as\u00a0formal notice<\/strong>: \u2026to damage my name or the reputations of those near me, such use is now under legal review.<\/strong><\/p>\n This includes any legal or quasi-legal proceeding, domestic or foreign, that relies on CCDH-origin content, media echo chambers, or image-based insinuations of disrepute.<\/p>\n Such acts may give rise to claims for defamation, tortious interference, abuse of process, and violations of constitutional and international norms.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n The refiled complaint details a broad network of\u00a0constitutional violations<\/strong>,\u00a0defamation<\/strong>,\u00a0economic damages<\/strong>, and\u00a0unprecedented state-private collusion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n We are demanding:<\/p>\n This lawsuit is filed on my behalf,\u00a0Sayer Ji,<\/strong>\u00a0alongside five other brave plaintiffs: According to the CCDH report and multiple analyses, the so-called \u201cDisinformation Dozen\u201d included these additional figures: Joseph Mercola, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., Ty Bollinger, Charlene Bollinger, Dr. Sherri Tenpenny, Rizza Islam, Dr. Rashid Buttar, Erin Elizabeth, Dr. Kelly Brogan, and Kevin Jenkins. While not all are part of this legal action, the reputational targeting extended across this entire group, creating a chilling effect that demands collective redress.<\/p>\n We also acknowledge that others who were similarly targeted\u2014though not named in this lawsuit\u2014remain part of a broader constellation of reputational injury, including physicians, journalists, authors, and whistleblowers whose silence or exclusion was strategically enforced.
