A Special Message To All SOTN Followers<\/span><\/b><\/h1>"},"content":{"rendered":"

N.B. We sincerely apologize to the many SOTNers who have written us in
\nthe wake of our notification of closure to this community of truly great
\ntruth-seekers.\u00a0 Responding to such a large barrage of emails has presented
\nan impossible task, especially in light of our demanding website issues, so
\nwe ask that the following update serve as an alternate though inadequate
\nreply.\u00a0 Thank you all for your understanding and patience.<\/p>\n

Dear Friends of SOTN:<\/p>\n

Since our announcement of Friday, May 30, that SOTN was closing
\ndown this June, we have received an overwhelming outpouring of
\nsupport and deep gratitude which we did not expect.<\/h3>\n

Please know — ALL OF YOU — that the whole SOTN team has very much
\nappreciated this awesome (and ongoing) display of thankfulness and
\nrespect.\u00a0 WOW!!! Thank you guys and gals!\u00a0 Didn’t know so many readers
\nconsidered SOTN “the best of the best of the best”<\/em>.\u00a0 It’s been quite humbling
\nto say the least.<\/p>\n

Among all the sentiments strongly expressed, the primary one was: How<\/strong><\/em>
\ncan WE keep 17 years of SOTN’s unique and valuable content
\naccessible on the Internet?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

As our followers know, SOTN does not solicit donations on this Alt Media<\/em>
\nplatform; nor do we sell any products or services for income.\u00a0 Neither
\ndoes SOTN receive any advertising revenue from the typical ad delivery
\nnetworks.\u00a0 All of which means that we had to fund our own existence
\nfrom the beginning.\u00a0 In fact, if we did not receive the extremely generous
\nlargesse from ONE individual\u00a0and very enthusiastic benefactor, SOTN
\nwould have closed down years ago.<\/p>\n

To the point, we were surprised to hear many folks write that they would
\ngladly contribute whatever they could to this cause: Keeping all the SOTN
\nrelated websites and\/or archives up and running.\u00a0 Our biggest challenge
\nwith this approach, quite frankly, is that all the crowdfunding sites are
\nhighly antagonistic to SOTN content and would likely steal the donations.
\nEven the so-called ‘conservative’ fundraising platforms are extremely
\ninimical to Alt Media<\/em> sites that post our type of highly radioactive content
\nlike this: DIRE WW3 WARNING: Same Perps Who Started First
\nTwo <\/strong>World Wars Hellbent On A Third<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n

In any event, we are seriously looking into this possibility — somehow
\nreceiving donations in a systematic manner — at the moment.\u00a0 And, in
\nthe meantime, posting at SOTN will be sporadic and unpredictable
\nthroughout the month of June … or until we resolve this matter.<\/p>\n

\n

KEY POINT:<\/strong> Of course, the main challenge SOTN has always had to
\ndeal with is cybersecurity.\u00a0 As many readers have recently commented
\nin their emails to us, when you’re directly over the target(s), as we often
\nare, the perpetrators really hate it and will mess with your security and
\nsite anyway they can.\u00a0 FYI, the perps and their agents actually own all
\nthe cybersecurity companies so they really do have a wide-open backdoor
\ninto all client websites.\u00a0 Let that reality sink in.<\/p>\n

If anyone has any ideas about (i) maintaining an SOTN archive that we
\nshould be considering, or (ii) funding sources to keep all the sites online,
