The health freedom movement is in turmoil as Shanahan accuses Kennedy of deception and shadowy control \u2014 while Dr. Robert Malone defends Kennedy’s Surgeon General nominee – Casey Means – amid vaccine silence controversy.<\/p>\n

In fact, Nicole Shanahan\u00a0had some tough words for Secretary Kennedy<\/a>\u00a0and his recent appointment of Casey Means to Surgeon General of the United States.<\/p>\n

Yes, it’s very strange. Doesn’t make any sense. I was promised that if I supported RFK Jr. in his Senate confirmation that neither of these siblings would be working under HHS or in an appointment (and that people much more qualified would be). I don’t know if RFK very clearly lied to me, or what is going on. It has been clear in recent conversations that he is reporting to someone regularly who is controlling his decisions (and it isn’t President Trump). With regards to the siblings, there is something very artificial and aggressive about them, almost like they were bred and raised Manchurian assets.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Allegations of deception and control:<\/h2>\n

Nicole Shanahan, an attorney and tech entrepreneur, is criticizing Robert F. Kennedy Jr., whom she once stood side-by-side with, as vice presidential candidate during his independent bid for the White House.<\/p>\n

She claims she was promised that the “siblings” (Casey and Calley Means) would not be appointed to roles under the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) if she supported RFK Jr. in a hypothetical “Senate confirmation” (possibly a reference to a future appointment or political deal).<\/p>\n

Shanahan suggests RFK Jr. may have lied to her, as the siblings now appear to be involved despite assurances otherwise.<\/p>\n

Many people in the health freedom movement see this as a likely scenario, considering that the siblings appeared suddenly at the forefront of the Make America Healthy Again Movement, capsizing a truly courageous medical freedom and vaccine truth movement that preceded MAHA during the years of COVID-19 lockdowns and during the coercive mRNA vaccine rollout.<\/p>\n

Shanahan\u2019s tweet reflects deep distrust in RFK Jr.’s leadership as Secretary of HHS and hints at broader conspiracy theories about hidden control networks. Her language aligns with QAnon rhetoric, where perceived “puppet masters” are blamed for political betrayals. However, Shanahan does make an important point, because RFK Jr. has conceded to other authorities within government just to become Secretary of HHS. For example, Kennedy agreed to answer to Senator Bill Cassidy, who requires that Secretary Kennedy not appoint “anti-vaxxers” to advise the Centers for Disease Control.\u00a0This concession to not change ACIP<\/a>\u00a0(Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices), halted the radical change that was needed at the CDC in 2025.<\/p>\n

Another noteworthy person close to Secretary Kennedy is Dr. Robert Malone.\u00a0Malone wrote in his substack<\/a>\u00a0in support of Casey Means, while condemning anyone who would dare oppose Casey Means as the next Surgeon General of United States. In his post, he referred to dissenters as \u201cextreme.\u201d<\/p>\n

This begs the question: Why are supposed leaders in the health freedom movement dismissing legitimate concerns about Casey Means\u2019 fitness for Surgeon General, while ignoring the elephant in the room: her silence on COVID-19 vaccine injuries and mandates?<\/p>\n
