Florida has officially passed\u00a0SB 56 \/ HB 477<\/strong>, becoming the\u00a0first state in the nation<\/strong>\u00a0to\u00a0criminalize weather modification and geoengineering<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This is not just a legislative milestone \u2014\u00a0it is a\u00a0declaration of atmospheric sovereignty<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The law makes it a\u00a0felony crime<\/strong>\u00a0to engage in unauthorized geoengineering or weather modification, punishable by up to\u00a05 years in prison<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0$100,000 in fines<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
