Why Francis was not a Pope<\/h3>\n

Curriculum of the \u201dDeep Throat\u201d inside the Catholic Church:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Cardinal Godfried Maria Jules Danneels (Kanegem, 4 June 1933 \u2013 Malines, 14 March 2019) received holy orders on 17 August 1957, subsequently taught and then became professor of Theology and spiritual director of the seminary.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

On 4 November 1977 Pope Paul VI appointed him bishop of Antwerp;<\/span><\/span>\u00a0he received episcopal consecration on 18 December of the same year.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

On 19 December 1979 Pope Saint John Paul II promoted him to archbishop of Malines-Brussels and primate of Belgium and, on 15 September 1980, military ordinary in Belgium.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0In the consistory of 2 February 1983 he was created cardinal by Pope John Paul II.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

From 1980 he was also president of the Belgian Episcopal Conference, a position he held until 2010. He was also a member of the Council of the Second Section of the Secretariat of State, of the Congregation for Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments, of the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples, of the Congregation for Catholic Education and of the Congregation for the Oriental Churches.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The fact:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Before dying, Cardinal Godfried Maria Jules Danneels published his autobiography in which, among other things, he confessed to having been part of a group, which he himself called the \u201cMafia of St. Gallen\u201d that united to push Benedict XVI to resign and replace him with Cardinal Jorge Mario Bergoglio. An illicit, illegitimate, null and void manner to achieve that goal according to the\u00a0Apostolic Constitution of the Catholic Church.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The goal was achieved with the election of Pope Francis on March 13, 2013.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

What was the St. Gallen Mafia and its history:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The \u201cSt. Gallen Mafia\u201d or \u201cClub of St. Gallen\u201d or \u201dSt. Gallen Group\u201d was an informal group of high-ranking prelates and modernist Church reformers who met every January near St. Gallen, Switzerland, to freely exchange ideas on ecclesiastical matters.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

When the group met for the first time in January 1996, F\u00fcrer invited:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Carlo Maria Martini, Archbishop of Milan;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Paul Verschuren, Bishop of Helsinki;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Jean-F\u00e9lix-Albert-Marie Vilnet, Bishop of Lille;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Johann Weber, Bishop of Graz-Seckau;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Walter Kasper, Bishop of Rottenburg-Stuttgart (later Cardinal), and<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Karl Lehmann, Bishop of Mainz (later Cardinal).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

New members, all joined by invitation and all \u201copen-minded\u201d were:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

1999: Cardinal Godfried Danneels, Archbishop of Malines-Brussels and\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>Adrianus Herman van Luyn, Bishop of Rotterdam.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

2001: Cormac Murphy-O\u2019Connor, Archbishop of Westminster (later Cardinal), and Joseph Dor\u00e9, Archbishop of Strasbourg.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

2002: Alois Kothgasser, Bishop of Innsbruck, later Archbishop of Salzburg.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

2003: Achille Silvestrini, Cardinal of the Roman Curia<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

2003 Ljubomyr Huzar, Major Archbishop of Lviv of the Ukrainians<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

2004: Jos\u00e9 Policarpo, Patriarch of Lisbon.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0At the last meeting of the group,<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

in 2006, only four members attended: Ivo F\u00fcrer, Alois Kothgasser, Godfried Danneels and Adrianus Herman van Luyn.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Secrecy and nickname<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

The founders and members of the group felt that the Vatican prevented free discussion among the bishops and therefore the meetings were held in secret.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

The members observed \u201ca simple rule: \u2018everything can be said, no notes are taken, and discretion is observed.’\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

The meetings were revealed in 2014 by Austen Ivereigh, after the group had ceased to exist, and were described more fully in 2015 in Godfried Danneels\u2019s authorised biography.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

At the presentation of this work in September 2015, broadcast by VTM, Danneels stated that the name \u201cSt. Gallen group\u201d was \u201cdeftig\u201d (dignified, respectable) and stated: \u201cmaar eigenlijk zeiden wij van onszelf en van die groep:\u00a0de maffia<\/strong>\u201d (but in reality we said of ourselves and of that group:\u00a0the mafia<\/strong>).<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"The<\/p>\n

The drama that goes hand in hand with the limping Tenant of Casa Santa Marta is the fact that he is not the Pope.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Canon 332 \u2013 \u00a71 says that \u201cThe Roman Pontiff obtains full and supreme power<\/span><\/span>\u00a0on the Church with the legitimate election, accepted by him, together with the episcopal consecration\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Here lies the crux of the matter. Bergoglio was not elected legitimately.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Thanks to the late Cardinal Godfried Maria Jules Danneels, former Primate Bishop and Military Ordinary of Belgium\u00a0<\/span><\/span>or, we know that the \u201cMafia of St. Gallen\u201d was the one who postulated the election of Jorge Mario Bergoglio, a group of Bishops and Cardinals, enemies of the Sound Catholic Doctrine, who in the month of January \u2013 every year \u2013 met in St. Gallen, Switzerland, \u201cto freely exchange ideas on ecclesiastical matters\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This invalidates the 2013 Conclave that dressed the Cardinal Archbishop of Buenos Aires, Jorge Mario Bergoglio, in white.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

On February 22, 1996, Pope Saint John Paul II, assisted by the very trusted Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger, gave Universal Christianity the Apostolic Constitution \u201cUniversi Dominici Gregis\u201d which deals with the \u201cVacancy of the Apostolic See and the Election of the Roman Pontiff\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In the said Constitution, in Chapter VI, Paragraph 79, it is clearly stated:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI forbid anyone, even if invested with the dignity of Cardinal, to negotiate, during the life of the Pontiff and without having consulted him, about the election of his Successor, or to promise votes, or to take decisions in this regard in private gatherings.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Here the violations are clear and self-evident.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The Bishops Carlo Maria Martini, Godfried Maria Jules Danneels, Walter Kasper, Karl Lehmann, Cormac Murphy-O\u2019Connor, Achille Silvestrini, and many others met in \u201cprivate gatherings\u201d \u2013 the \u201cMafia of St. Gallen\u201d precisely \u2013 to prepare the Election of the Roman Pontiff ahead of time.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Again in the \u201cUniversi Dominici Gregis\u201d Pope John Paul II, in Paragraph 81, reiterates:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe Cardinal electors should also abstain from any form of bargains, agreements, promises or other commitments of any kind, which could force them to give or deny their vote to one or some. If this were in fact done, even under oath, I decree that such a commitment is null and void and that no one is required to observe it; and from now on I inflict latae sententiae excommunication on transgressors of this prohibition. I do not intend, however, to prohibit that during the Sede Vacante there may be exchanges of ideas regarding the election.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Prelates listed above, namely those who were proud associates of the \u201cMafia of San Gallo\u201d, are all \u201dexcommunicated latae sententiae\u201d<\/em>\u00a0because they made \u201cbargains, agreements, promises or other commitments of any kind\u201d to bring Bergoglio to the Vatican.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Cardinal Danneels has in fact said that it was the \u201cMafia of St. Gallen\u201d \u2013 of which he was a member \u2013 that decided to \u201cplace the Argentine Cardinal Jorge Mario Bergoglio on the Throne of Peter\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Therefore, citing, after the Synod \u201cFor a Synodal Church: communion, participation and mission\u201d, and with a Jubilee underway, Canon 412 smacks of ridicule as well as mockery.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

All Cardinals, Bishops and Priests should stop burying their heads in the sand to maintain privileges, positions, congruencies and prebends.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Let them tell the entire world that Jorge Mario Bergoglio is in the Vatican in an illicit, illegitimate, null and void manner.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Bergoglio is not the Pope because his election occurred in contravention of what was established by the Roman Pontiff and the Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, former Holy Office, in the Apostolic Constitution \u201cUniversi Dominici Gregis\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

As a confirmation of what I was saying above, it is very curious that Bergoglio partly respects to the letter the dictates of that Apostolic Constitution of the Catholic Church \u201dUniversi Dominici Gregis\u201d (subtitle: On the Vacancy of the Apostolic See and the Election of the Roman Pontiff).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In fact, \u201dUniversi Dominici Gregis\u201d also prescribes the rules to be followed during the period of the vacancy of the Chair of Peter, following the death or resignation of the Pope.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Which establishes that the cardinals participating in the Conclave must lodge at the Domus Sanctae Marthae (also known as the House or Residence of Santa Marta).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

And it is in fact very strange and unprecedented that Bergoglio does not lodge in the Apostolic Palace where all the Popes have always lodged.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Exactly as if he were not a Pope!<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

And in a way that I would define as a sort of\u00a0\u201dexoteric\u201d masonic message\u00a0<\/strong>in respect of that Apostolic Constitution\u2026<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
