On April 1st, 2025, Florida drew a bold line in the sky\u2014passing HB477 to reclaim environmental sovereignty and end unconsented geoengineering.<\/h3>\n

With a\u00a0unanimous 17\u20130 vote<\/strong>, Florida\u2019s\u00a0Weather Modification Bill HB477<\/strong>\u00a0has officially cleared the\u00a0Natural Resources & Disasters Subcommittee<\/strong>\u2014a major milestone in the effort to\u00a0regulate, expose, and ultimately restrict unconsented geoengineering activity<\/strong>\u00a0in Florida\u2019s skies.<\/p>\n

This is not only a policy victory\u2014it is part of a cultural awakening, with 30 other states introducing legislation this session to end the violation of.<\/p>\n

This bill begins to establish\u00a0transparency and consent<\/strong>\u00a0where none previously existed. While weather modification operations\u2014like cloud seeding and solar radiation management\u2014have been quietly occurring under the radar, Floridians and their elected officials are now stepping forward to say:\u00a0no more secrecy in our skies.<\/strong><\/p>\n
