Back in August we posted a deeply disturbing account of parents being framed for child neglect and abuse felony charges for injuries directly attributable to gadolinium from an MRI.\u00a0 The father in this case has posted a video on YouTube which clearly shows his son not being released in \u201cgood\u201d condition as was recorded on the hospital records.\u00a0 That, in and of itself, is an actionable offense under Nevada law (NRS 630.3062).\u00a0 The video can be seen here:<\/p>\n
